She was incredibly kind and compassionate and told me she would reduce the policy while I waited for the title to transfer so the car could be sold. The car has been sitting in the driveway and is no longer being driven. Unfortunately, I discovered that I was charged the full premium and was about to be charged the full amount again. I spoke with Nadine, who reduced the premium moving forward but refused to credit the previous month , despite Diana telling me the policy would be reduced. What was most upsetting was Nadine's response when I expressed my disappointment. She said "I can just cancel your policy if you would like." I was shocked by her lack of empathy, especially given that I had just lost both of my parents. I understand policies and procedures, but compassion and professionalism matter. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Nadine, I would not recommend this agency.

In September 2025, I received a disturbing letter from my insurance State Farm the Underwriting…read moreTeam that they were giving me 1 month to look for another Insurance Carrier as they were planning to drop us permanently on our auto Insurance that we had with them for many years. They explained that unfortunately my wife was involved in a terrible auto accident that almost killed her. Entering January 2025, we were heading home, and Vehicle # 2 ran through a red light at a speed of 90 miles per hour in a 45-mile zone, that destroyed my mini coop convertible. The car was destroyed, and air bags deployed were almost set off fire due to the impact. Prior to that in the year 2024, the month of February, a box truck went into my wifes lane and destroyed her left driver side on the mini coop she was driving. All 3 accidents were clearly not my wifes fault and State Farm who we had insurance with on all three accidents having my mini coop convertible, decided to drop us and said we were involved in too many accidents. Clearly it was not my wifes fault with these careless drivers that should not be driving on the road. It was soo disappointing trying to resolve this issue when State Farm knew and had Police reports, pictures, videos, cameras and I am certain they had their Investigation Team that it was not my wifes fault but still decided to drop us due to accidents that my wife did not cause. I also reached out to State Farm to explain to them that they had wrong information about her husband and tried to clear my wifes name on State Farm Policy. Atlantic Insurance Group is our Auto Insurance that opened there doors for my wife & I...Appreciate it...I highly recommend Emmanuel J. Acosta!!!! They had me as the husband involved in all three accidents in which that information, they had on the computer system was incorrect. By having this information wrong at their end, it did not allow me to shop around and go with Progressive or Gieco or Allstate due to State Farm not fixing this information on their computer system. In this letter that I received in the mail I had 60 days to resolve this issue and State Farm made it very difficult to clear up my wifes name and get rid of the wrong information they had about me. In trying to resolve this devasting issue because I needed insurance to go to work and try to survive in this rough economy, while struggling to find an affordable coverage for my Honda accord which was my auto vehicle because my wifes mini coop was destroyed due to the January 2025 accident, I spoke to a young man named Emmanuel J Acosta - 220 Agent / CSR representative where his office is located at 1750 N. University Drive, Suite 227 , Coral Springs, Florida. I explained the scenario I was facing with State Farm. He not only beat the quotes I received from other companies but also took the time to walk me through every detail of my policy. He was extremely patient and helped me understand the different coverage options, something my previous agent never did. The process was stress-free, and he treated me like a priority, not just a policy number. I highly recommend Emmanuel J. Acosta and this Agency for their outstanding service. What a difference a good independent agent makes! I have finally auto Insurance!!! It has been an excellent experience, and I'm very grateful for his expertise. He ensured I received top-notch coverage. Emmanuel made it his mission to get me the coverage I needed to be able to go to work. Again, none of the accidents mentioned above was my wifes fault and I am very, very, very disappointed on the way after 20 years of being with State Farm how they decided to drop my wife and I like a heartbeat. This was not a fair game. Thank you, Emmanuel, for all the extras that you did to make this happen at your end. All the paperwork was handled; he made the switch completely painless. Hes the best in understanding your needs. Tony E & Maria E

Long story short, that was the farthest from the truth, leaving us uninsured and uninformed of that fact. Fernanda patiently waited as I frantically went on and on about the nightmare of an experience we had had over the past few days, then reassured me that she would take care of us. Within minutes, Fernanda did what 4 other insurance companies couldn't. A few days later, right after everything was processed and I had already canceled my old insurance, they called me back saying "oops, we made a mistake" and suddenly my payment went up by $300. When I asked why and how this could happen, all I got was a half-hearted "sorry about that" and no real explanation or effort to fix it. The women I spoke to on the phone were completely nonchalant, acted like it was no big deal, and basically shrugged it off like losing a customer doesn't matter to them. Zero accountability, zero urgency, zero care. This is straight-up bait-and-switch behavior. Do NOT trust the quotes you get from Danny Fernandez's office--they'll reel you in with a fake low price and then jack it up once you're locked in.
