Well, the start of my experience was less than great. I got a call for my online quote and signed up with an Orange County office. I asked to be on auto pay and paid the down payment. And after getting an extension because my dog got attacked and broke four ribs, the day after I paid the down payment on my premium balance my insurance policy was cancelled. The only reason I found out was because my bank card was stolen and I thought I was on auto pay and needed to update my info with them, only to find out my policy was cancelled. That being said, when I went in to the Lancaster office, I met Josh. I'm not sure what made me decide to give them a second opportunity to earn my business. However, Josh was very helpful and was throughly apologetic about the previous experience I had. He was very through in going through my information and was able to to set me up for auto pay and get me an even lower rate than what I was paying for! Then, Dun dun DUUUN.... I get ANOTHER letter saying my policy has been cancelled for non-payment. I go back in and once again, speak with Josh. He was able to reinstate my policy and he even knocked off the re-instatement fee since my auto pay should have been in effect when payment was due! Thanks Josh!!!! You made a potentially very bad situation into a very positive experience!!! read more

If you live in the Lancaster area i strongly recommend this freeway insurance and specifically Jamie Dubois. I can't stress this enough she went above and beyond helping me through the process of not only canceling my last auto insurance policy when she didn't have to she could've just threw me under the bus and told me to call someone else but she did everything in her power to help me (to put in context what happen with me i was looking to buy a used car from someone i knew. So i did the horrible mistake of buying an insurance policy for the car before getting the car then all of sudden the i knew guy sold the car so i was in position where not only do i not have the car but now i have a policy for a car that's not even mine so i called everyone to cancel the policy just it felt like i was running in circles to even get the policy cancelled until i met jamie dubois she helped me in person to get the policy canceled and a refund she was the only person to actually help me before i was even her client!!!) read more

I had the best service today with Robert Quinones buying insurance is normal so dull and dry... But he was soo friendly, and upbeat had the best customer service experience I've ever received from a insurance company. I honestly just went in there for a simple quote and his kindness and great experience convinced me to just get my insurance that same day...
