I've been a member for 11 years, and I've never been offered this before, so I was really impressed by how helpful and informative she was. She wasn't pushy or trying to "impress" me into anything else, just cute, bubbly, friendly, and quick to help. I also needed a quote for auto insurance. I've been with Allstate for 16 years, but with my new vehicle, they were charging me way too much. Yasmin referred me to Fernando, and I'm so glad she did. She truly trusts him, and after speaking with him, I can see why. Fernando was exceptional. He was very honest about what I should and shouldn't have on my policy. Everything you do in your car so if you get your oil changed, it's reported to Carfax so I go there. I drive about thousand miles per year so of course they don't believe you when you tell him that so they gave me an estimate of 10,000 miles and I go. What are you talking about? I'm retired. I don't drive that much so basically they gave me an estimate of $1200 per year. I told the guy that's ridiculous way overpriced and left ,horrible service bait and switch if you have any sense at all you won't go to AAA they're a total scam you go online get your estimate. It's all BS the biggest scam. The guy was completely rude so I'll never go to AAA again. I should've known better. I had them years ago. I dropped them about 10 years ago. I don't know why I tried to go back there place its a joke. AAA is overpriced go to an independent insurance company. The ones that advertise a lot like AAA GEICO farmers all those big-time insurance companies they have to pay for those commercials so who do you think pays for that you do as a customer with higher rate so go to an independent insurance company. They messed up our file and it took a professional tax preparer to fix it. We paid them over 700$ for processing and the tax pro charged us $100 to fix it and get it corrected. I would never recommend them if you have complex taxes if it's a single person single w2 maybe but even then your better on filing for yourself as their fees are ridiculously too high for the mishap and mess ups. Another friend of mine got re reviewed one time in 2019 when using them because as she stated the state returned saying she owed money back even though she was awarded a return.
