best and cheapest its crazy!!!!! i call about 10 ins. co. and got quotes form 4k to 2350 for full coverage for 6months full coverage on a 2010 audi s4. my driver history is the worst. then called freeway ins. they told me 1750 over the phone when i got there Ilse Cerda did some magic and got that down another 75 bucks to 1676. all at warp speed iv never seen paper move so fast in my life! the hole time spent there was maybe 30min. the next 6 months is going to be even cheaper. if you like money and time. you want to go to freeway. it would be stupid not to!!!!:) Extremely happy happy happy. read more

Gustavo was helpful and friendly when I signed up. Thorough, friendly. I normally wait a c month or two to write a review when asked. Great process signing up but when I replaced my bank card and tried to reset the auto pay which saves money and time, they dropped the ball. I personally went in, which is not easy with my job, gave a copy of my bank form, my new card, etc. To Isaac bacause Gustavo was at lunch. It didn't go through. I called Gustavo, he claimed the person didn't give it to him. Concerning. I dropped it off and had signature confirmation but it didn't matter. Ok. So Gustavo said he will email me the paperwork. Never got it. I called AGAIN and was told Gustavo only talks to new customers and was transferred to customer service. Again...requested auto pay. People! I want to pay, take it out...still nothing. What sucks, and gets me is the effen down payment. If I go elsewhere? Another $250 down payment. They are great when they want your business but crappy AF after. I will never do business with freeway insurance again. I went in and received a quote and had a policy for 2 hours before I canceled. I went to Gieco Insurance on a friends recommendation and found better coverage for half the cost. After paying over $1,000.00 for the deposit on freeway insurances policy and canceling 2 hours latter they charged $500.00 anyways which they would not refund. Not a business friendly company. I do not recommend them as a broker to anyone. read more

scammers. my car was towed and i needed an insurance policy. unfortunately i walked into this hawthorne office to only be scammed and ripped off!!!! i started a insurance policy with a "branch manager" whom i gave cash to start the policy and my bank card to get my car back. she gets me started with a new policy and im off and running! u.s. tow ended up keeping the car and when i come back to inform the lady who signed me up for the policy that they kept my car and i had to cancel the policy. she showed her true colors and locked me in on purpose...and kept the cash not only that. i have proof of cancellation date, my bank statement showing freeway insurance trying to deduct money from my bank account well after the termination date???? now... ive been in contact with "corporate" who has done nothing but try to cover up for this unethical person whom they deemed fit for the position. they use the smoking mirrors tactic... corporate makes you call different numbers and transferred me to over 5 different people.. who do nothing but call and ask you the same questions over and over and over... ive made numerous complaints with my name and exactly what happened!!!!! ive been getting phone calls for the past 4 days about this matter but you guys do nothing about it!!!!!??? i requested a refund and they wont do it! im paying for services that were not provided!!!! this branch is unethical with terrible customer service and it shows where they get it from... corporate !!!!! please do yourself a favor save your money and time these people will take your money! read more

Even though my girl had a bad credit score and with both car accidents at fault in our names he did everything he could to get us the lowest payment. We were just looking for one of our cars being insured and he was able to lower our payment by adding our second car. His boss even talked to me and was driven to get me the best monthly payment ever. I ended up loving the quote and went through with freeway insurance. Not only was the monthly payment great, but his boss actually broke my initial payment into two =)! Talk about customer satisfaction! Gustavo was very nice and informative the whole time. I got a call back from them apologizing for all the inconvenience and they were going to reimburse my full refund that was owed to me instead of partial for all the wasted time and headache I had to deal with. I was asked to write another review on a positive note. I said definitely once I receive my refund. There is nothing positive about this Insurance company from beginning to end. I would have never gotten insurance the day I did if I wasn't lied to by a mgr Heidi. It has been almost 2 months and have not received any refund, not even what I was promised in the beginning. I have wasted more time trying to resolve an issue that was already suppose to be resolved. First person I spoke with said there is nothing he could do and I am not getting a refund. These people have no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I would rather pay more with a company with better customer service, which I did and actually less of a down payment. This company states more down so it looks like your monthly payment is less. SAVE your money!!! DO NOT go through this hassle I have had to deal with. I was warned by 2 different people in the past they did not have a good experience with them. Starting with Heidi, Gustavo, Sylvester to 6 other people I spoke with, it has not been worth the hassle.
