They told me they could make them fresh for me. When they asked if I was driving or flying back home, I mentioned I was flying. They went out of their way to vacuum seal the cheese curds so they would travel better. They always have the best cheese, and their customer service is top notch. I really appreciated them taking the extra time to do that for me.

It was unique in flavor, but not my cup of tea. Due to the fact we will be on the go for many hours today and without refrigeration, we purchased a variety of candies rather than cheeses. I purchased the chocolate covered kettle chips and shared with the family. A couple of these chips go a LONG way and the pairing of sweet and salty is always a winning combination. The chips are coated with a generous amount of chocolate. The cashier was very cheerful and pleasant. The checkout process was slightly longer due to the credit card machine being out of order. Finally, there is a really cute cow in a field next door that makes for a great photo opp! The only thing I'd change is their pick-up system; you have to email Patricia to make an appointment, and then update her every time your availability changes. It'd be easier for customers (and less hassle for Patricia) if it were an online booking system. However, these cheeses are wonderful-- I've never seen any of these brands before.
