"Kelly" was quick to help me get setup for a repair on my tank and was very generous and helpful for other issues I was dealing with related to my tanks. These guys ripped me off when I first started service with them in 2020. The propane tank at the…read morehouse I moved into was full when I set up my service and they charged me for the propane. Given that they charge by the gallon upon delivery, that means that the previous tenant had already paid for the propane. They basically got paid twice for the same propane. Since I have autism, which I told them, and had visible trouble understanding how to set all of it up, they knowingly ripped off a developmentally delayed and vulnerable person.
