From snacks, to lubricants for your engine, windshield washer fluid, to oil additives, they usually have just about everything you need. In addition to that, they have great food items available. Everyone that I've stopped at always has a fresh cups of fruit in a cooler up front.. things like watermelon, pineapple, tangerines, and other really tasty snacks. This is nice for people looking for a healthier option than a bag of chips and a Coke. This place was super clean, I wish I could say that was across the board for all that I've been to, but this one was particularly clean. That shows me that management is on top of things. Bottom line? While I'm traveling cross country, this will definitely be one of the places to stop when I need a bathroom break or to grab a snack while I'm driving.

I explained that I really needed to go, but she simply looked at me and told me to use the bar next door or go to a park a couple of blocks away. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it and ended up having an accident. What makes this even more disappointing is that I wasn't just asking to use the restroom without being a customer. I had just spent $20 on gas and was planning to buy items from the store as well. If I had known they wouldn't allow paying customers to use the restroom, I would have gone somewhere else to fuel up. I understand businesses can have policies, but showing a little compassion in an urgent situation would have made all the difference. This was one of the most embarrassing customer service experiences I've ever had, and unfortunately I won't be returning.

This is actually a smaller version of Love's. There is a larger version of Love's right across the street from this country version LOL. This country version is a lot easier to get to right after you get off the freeway as it's on your right hand side. Attendant was friendly and pleasant. Its store is very quaint and cozy. Restrooms were clean. I ended up buying some Kettle Krinkle salt and pepper flavor chips for snacking during my 10 hours drive to my 1st hotel stay LOL. Chips kept me awake that's for sure. They never bothered to pick up the actual alcohol so it's a strong smell other than that they have some cool little knit snacks, and gas. But if I was the owner, I would sit down with my employees and work on customer service greeting customers learning how to say excuse me, not interrupting customers when they're checking out this little things like that that I feel like adults should know, and the alcohol smell really needs to be fixed.

Friendliness and courtesy is the norm in Sierra Vista, even at convenience stores, but the nice folks here usually are number one in those aspects. For anyone in this part of town, East Fry Boulevard, I strongly recommend this Speedway. And I suggest you get a loyalty card to save even more. Speedway corporation has spread widely across these United States. I've shopped in Speedways in Indiana and Tennessee previously, but this one is my favorite.
