They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

Our family is getting bigger so we finally decided it was time to get a mini van…read more We came across Carnova from a Facebook post they had for a Pacifica. It was by far the cheapest Pacifica listed , from we could tell, so we thought we would check it out. The dealership itself isn't really what you'd expect when pulling up to a dealership. It's a warehouse building that's tucked away off of state st. There isn't a front door or anything. So if they aren't already expecting you, you'd have to knock on the big garage door or something until they notice you. Fortunately, we were expected so we didn't have to wait long. Gus was the one we worked with and he was very friendly and professional. He let us take the car for a drive by ourselves while they evaluated how much they would give us for our car. We decide we wanted to move forward and at that point he walked us around the side of the shop to a side door. Inside was a little make shift office to go over numbers. The process did not take long at all, and we ended up with what I believe was a great deal. He even told us about a 30 day drivetrain warranty that the dealership provided at no cost. However this was not in writing anywhere, which made me a little wary about it. So why 4 stars instead of 5 if everything went great? About a week after owning the van, a check engine light came. We had the light diagnosed and discovered there was an issue with cylinder 4, and that the top two engine mounts were shot. We notified Gus of this issue and he gave us no trouble at all, and had us drop the car back off at the dealership so they could take a look. They had it for about a week and a half or so. They said they didn't get the check engine light to come up but did fix the engine mounts and discovered a small coolant leak. Another day or so of having it, the check engine light popped up again for the same issue. Again, Gus did not give us any trouble and they took the car back. They had it for two weeks this time, but reported that they made the necessary repairs. I wish we had been offered a temporary car while they had our car for a total of almost a month, but I suppose I should be happy that they upheld their 30 day warranty (which they very easily could have chosen not to do) Despite the issues we had with the car, I would 100% return to buy another car here. When I looked up the warnings, it recommended not driving the vehicle, so I had it towed to the dealership for diagnosis. This vehicle has been regularly serviced at another Toyota dealership, and part of the reason we chose to purchase a Toyota was for their reputation for engine performance and longevity. I was shocked by what I was told next. After diagnostics, I was informed my engine had major issues and needed significant repair. I was told cylinder #1 was misfiring and, after several tests including a leak-down test and compression test, that the bank 1 head and valves needed to be replaced. I was quoted just under $10,000 for repairs, on top of nearly $700 in diagnostic fees. I was extremely stressed and shocked that a well-maintained, relatively new vehicle would require what sounded like catastrophic engine work. After speaking with another Toyota dealership and a few independent mechanics, several expressed confusion that my vehicle would need such a major repair. Some even mentioned that for that price, a new engine could be installed. These were definite red flags, so I trusted my gut and sought a second opinion. Because we were under the impression the engine was in catastrophic condition and the vehicle shouldn't be driven, we had it towed a second time to another shop, which we later learned wasn't necessary. This added additional cost and stress. I'm incredibly glad I did. The second shop ran the same tests and found nothing wrong with cylinder #1. They were baffled that I had been told I needed such extensive work. Their diagnosis ultimately saved me $10,000. We did call the service manager to express our concerns. He was apologetic and explained that the results were slightly under Toyota's expectations, but not catastrophic. He asked how he could make it right and adjusted the diagnostic fees, which I appreciated. While I would rate my experience with him higher, I'm leaving one star specifically due to the diagnosis itself, which caused significant stress, unnecessary towing, and could have resulted in a very costly repair. I understand mistakes can happen, but this was one that could have been extremely expensive. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion when facing major repairs.

AVOID AT AL COSTS:…read more Yeah. Don't do business here. I bought a 2021 VW Tiguan new. Here we are, and its breaking down. I bought and paid for an all moving parts service contract, some how their system says it doesn't exist. WILD. So I take it in for an OIL LEAK. Days later, I am hearing back. The service writer took a day off, didn't transfer his work load to a coworker to check in on the car, left the customer waiting in limbo. Half of their digital estimate and repair system is confusing and junk. Two different things are causing leaks. One is fixed, the other needs approval, bringing the total to $1826. Taylor Dodson, the service writer, tells me that the total due is $1826 - for an oil leak. I find out afterwards that the bill is now $2820.26 because that $920 is AFTER the $1826. I have the message right here where he says the total cost is $1826. They nickle and dime you. I got 2x $195 inspection charges, for the same oil leak issue, that they claim is "separate". Charges for every little thing. Now I get to come up with an extra $1000. I wouldn't ever come back here, I don't trust them or their people. Shady business going on. Avoid if you are not filthy rich with money to just throw away.

As a repeat customer, I expected that loyalty and history would mean something, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport SE with Technology, and with only approximately 2,200 miles, the leather seats are already showing cracking and deterioration. I understand that issues can happen with any vehicle, but what has been most frustrating is how the situation has been handled. I contacted the dealership expecting assistance with what should clearly be a warranty concern. I was told that information would be submitted to Volkswagen for review. After waiting and following up, I contacted Volkswagen Customer Care directly and was informed that nothing had been submitted on their end. That leaves me with a very frustrating question: was the claim never submitted, or was I given incorrect information? Either way, the communication and follow-through have been unacceptable. This dealership has recently transitioned ownership to Ken Garff, and I sincerely hope this is an opportunity to improve the customer experience. A new owner should mean a renewed commitment to service--not customers having to chase down answers themselves after spending significant money on a new vehicle. I have been a loyal Volkswagen SouthTowne customer, but loyalty works both ways. Customers should feel appreciated and supported after the purchase, not forgotten once the paperwork is signed. I have photos documenting the condition of the seats, and I hope management takes this opportunity to address the issue and improve the experience for future customers.
