Update - October 2026…read more Thank you to Anatoliy for responding to my review and acknowledging the frustration and inconvenience I experienced throughout this process. I do appreciate the apology and the effort made to provide a partial refund. However, I would like to clarify that the refund mentioned in the owner's response did not cover the full cost of the unsuccessful repair. According to my original receipt (#17980), dated September 11, 2026, I paid a total of $412.71, consisting of $140 in cash and $272.71 through Zelle. Of that amount, I received a refund of $156, leaving me out of pocket $256.71. As the owner acknowledged in his response, the original washer problem returned shortly after the control board was replaced, and the company was ultimately unable to resolve the issue. While I appreciate the partial reimbursement and the acknowledgment of what went wrong, I am still left paying $256.71 for a repair that did not resolve the original problem. I believe a full refund would be appropriate under these circumstances, and I would appreciate the company reconsidering reimbursement of the remaining balance. I also want to clarify these details for anyone reading the owner's response, as the mention of a refund could give the impression that the entire repair cost was reimbursed, which was not the case. I appreciate the company's willingness to address my concerns, but until the remaining amount is resolved, I cannot consider this matter fully settled.

I even offered to sell back the parts.
