With iEple, each issue is tracked with a 'ticket' that results in an email summarizing the exact nature of the problem and the 'quick-fix' solution as well as plans or proposals for longer term management and prevention of the problems. It is reassuring to be able to file these emails into folders that create a great log book for current and future reference. Other IT services promise this type of documentation and communication, but iEple has been the first to consistently provide it. And the fees?
