They left my mom in the lurch. I arranged a quote with Dawn, who went on and on about how the owner, Mike, loves old people and veterans, leading me to believe he was a good person and I was in good hands. Mike came out to my mom's house on a Friday and worked with her neighbor to get into the house as my mom was in a rehab facility post-stroke. I was told someone would get back to me over the weekend. No one called. I called the main business line on Sunday as well as the cDawn's cell phone. No one called me back.
I followed up on Monday around 9 am, and Dawn seemed absolutely fake, shocked that no one got back to me and she would have Mike give me a call. We went through this little dance two or three more times. Did I mention this was supposed to be for an installation on Tuesday? Finally, around 4 pm on Monday, I got a text from Dawn letting me know Mike is working on the quote. I don't want to pretend that I know how quotes work and the steps involved, but doesn't he just enter the info into a quote system? Cant he pass the info to Dawn and have her put the quote together?
I have yet to hear from anyone after that text. Absolute garbage of a company who do not care about old people in need of a ramp. My mom was able to get into the house after rehab thanks to the transport company but without a ramp she couldn't get out.
I ended up going with Ramp Now. They were so professional and easy to do business with. And most importantly, they kept their word. read more
