Prior to the cleaning Mandy came to do a walk thru of the home to discuss what our needs were above basic floor, bathroom, dusting etc. for this cost. We were appalled to come home and see the same dirt spots on the floor, toothpaste in the sink, dust on the mantle, dust bunnies along all our steps, and countless other items left uncleaned. Not only was this a poor "basic" cleaning job, it left us feeling robbed of $275. Now are we not only out this money for a job not completed, but we also need to pay to have our carpet cleaned from the stain she left behind from a spill that she claims was a water bottle that fell over. I tried to discuss our dissatisfaction with Mandy and asked for the return of $200. I sent her over a dozen pictures of all the items she said she had cleaned that clearly had not, along with the photo below of our carpet. Her response was "you would never have been happy with the results" No explanations why the basic items were not cleaned, no apologies, no offer to clean the carpet SHE stained. After respectfully giving her the opportunity to resolve this...It leaves me no other choice than to warn others.
