I hired Mickey's Way Cleaning to clean my house twice a month. One time the whole house and the other was just for dusting and vacuuming and mopping the floors, claimed she was giving me a great deal but charged me only $50 less for not cleaning 2 bathrooms and counters in a kitchen I think something was wrong there. I spoke to the owner twice about the tub not being cleaned, so I started leaving little things around the house, things that would have been seen if you were cleaning and everything I put around, yup, never cleaned. One girl came to do the lighter cleaning and she did a phenomenal job. Asked her if she wanted my dogs in the bedroom while she mopped and she said please. So we stayed there and I walked out alone to the door when she was finished. When I asked the owner the first two times about the dogs, she said they were fine. Like any dog, they would come to the door to see who was there. There was one dog that liked them, not sure why unless you were really playing or petting the dog. The small dogs were afraid and one dog didn't care. The one would calm down in 5 minutes until his name was called, which would happen a lot! I did not hire someone for my dogs. They would constantly change the time so I could never plan anything else because I never knew when they would be here. if you tell me you will be here after 2, more like 3/4, I made a 10 minute Dr appt at 2 and was told I never told her I had an appt. Really? I don't need to tell you everything when you said 3/4. I She would claim she was so busy and would try to fit me in due to a day change but was at home at 2:00 pm, can't be that busy. She argued on her business page with over 40 messages and began giving out personal information. My daughter in law followed her page, to see if she wanted to hire them but saw her messages with my review and now I lost my son forever All because of her words she decided to post, our relationship was rocky but we talked and was getting close until this, amazing Christmas I had! She argues when a bad review is left (thank God my husband took screenshots before she deleted all of hers because she violated the HIPPA law) and mine was not the only bad review that she argued with! When posting to look for a new cleaning crew, had 3 messages asking if this is who I used and these people fired her as well. I don't like letting people go, my husband wanted to fire them into the 4th cleaning because they didn't clean as promised, but I kept giving her a chance. I have never felt so much better about myself when I fired this company. I am sure she is going to argue on here with me or state she doesn't know who I am, that's her way or state she already decided not to come back anyway. Not sure who argues on their business page but she sure did giving her an even worse look And then deletes her responses. I am so happy that I found a new company that goes above and beyond! If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. I am sure she will argue on here as well! If you tell someone a time, normal people stick to the time. If I didn't text her the day of asking what time, she would have just shown up. They claim they never know what the house before me would look like but if they are normal customers, you would know or how about a text....we are getting done early, any chance to come early but so funny they would never text saying they we're going to be late. If a nurse tells you a time, she use is on time and she could have a lot more go wrong then a cleaning company! I never would have written a bad review if she would have been an adult and called me to fix this. I understand people getting sick but that was the reason for the two weeks prior, all 3 were sick. Not reliable on times and their cleaning is not that great. Claimed I received a deep clean, didn't charge me for that, because they vacuumed behind my love seat with the wand, not moving furniture, just putting the wand beind the love seat. I just found it extremely poor business to argue with me on her business page and I wasn't the only one. She blames everything on you but can't take blame on herself. Please take all the bad reviews as real and don't throw away good money after bad service! read more

The worst of the worst. She will reply by saying "I offered to come back free of charge" while I was calling people to come and try to fix the disaster she (well not her - all she did was stroll around with a filthy swifter rag and swipe at the tops of the door frames - but she did tell me immediately that she doesn't clean chandeliers thank God.) I specifically told her that the tile floors in bathroom and kitchen needed a deep clean- she said they hand mop. The floors seemed a little bit sticky before they came and AFTER they left the tile was SO much worse - tacky, sticky, I left footprints everywhere I walked. Tried to clean it on my hands and knees HAHAHAHAHA had to call a professional steam cleaner to do the tiles. And my dumb butt gave them cash tips maybe $40 shy of the entire charge so she could have refunded the money easily - cost me $300 to get the stickiness off the floors. I think it came from something spilled in one of the bathrooms and some sticky residue in the kitchen - they obviously used the same rag throughout the house. When they arrived the 2 young men with her ran straight into the bathrooms- started "cleaning" and throwing little wadded up pieces of dirty cloth out onto the carpet in the hallway WHAT?? Tiny little Dirt Devil vacuum - I was overwhelmed with other things - normally I'd have told them to hit the road. She is setting a very poor example for her young employees in addition to being a straight up con artist in her own life - told ME to clean the limescale around the base of water faucets by scraping the vanity top with the edge of a penny - go right ahead folks but don't blame me when you scratch the vanity AND the scaling remains. I used Mickey and her team recently and I'm so glad I did! Though my husband and I are tidy people, deep cleanings sometimes allude us. We were able to schedule with just 2 days notice and they cleaned all that was on my list and then some! My wife and I decided with two full time jobs and three children that we needed help with our home cleaning. My wife saw a posting on a Facebook garage sale group for a four hour cleaning for $100. We checked the Facebook reviews and they were all pretty good so my wife called to speak with the owner and we decided to go for it. The day the crew showed up for the cleaning job we were not home. We advised them that our front door would be open, dog crated, and to go inside and start. Two woman showed up and worked for an hour and a half. We have an alarm system and cameras in and around our home. We were told we would pay $100 for one lady for four hours or two ladies for two hours. Not only were we cheated an half hour, the maids only got one bathroom, kitchen, and family room cleaned. Our floors were not vacuumed or washed, bathroom and kitchen sinks still had debris inside, toilet bowel was not cleaned inside. When my wife called up to complain, she was told that the crew was there for two hours and that our home was "so dirty" that they were only able to get those few things done in the two hours. How rude and unprofessional! The owner denied leaving after an hour and a half and would not refund us any of our money or come back. My wife wrote a review on Facebook to warn others but somehow the owner deleted it. So glad we found Yelp so we can warn others that this Mickey woman is not honest and will not give you the full time you pay for if you are not home watching. The cleaning job they did do was not of professional quality. I would avoid this place. read more
