They came to look at it and told us they'd fix it when they can, as they were very busy. We waited and waited. After trying to contact them a few times we received a letter saying we were no longer allowed to contact them and the driveway isn't covered in the warranty. Then we noticed a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Our water heater went out within the first few months of living here. We have also had an issue with leaking from our bathtub into the basement. The nails are popping through the drywall. The lost goes on and on. Just be cautious.

So I hade to tear it off and install the correct product my self. Problem #2 they installed my brick in the winter and when they mortar the brick they did not protect it from the below freezing temps and the mortar froze and cracked. Problem # 3 I have a brick mortar stained front concrete porch they didn't even cover the porch when installing brick. Problem # 4 basement wall leaks where the water and sewer pipe comes in through the wall. # 5 nail pops and cracks in drywall. #6 hole in the vinyl siding. # 7window in the garge installed crooked.#8 garage door windows leaks into the garage when it rains.#9 dented garage service doors#8 concrete driveway top starting to pop off.#10 did not install shelves in master shower like they do in all there house I had to buy and do my self.#11 final grad of my yard was terrible I had to have it redone.#12 there is more issues but the biggest one of all is I have been here little over a year 2.15.21 and they do not honor there 1 year warranty.
