I would give them 10 stars if I could! Don't hesitate to hire this remarkable business.

After researching cleaning companies, I knew for my own piece of mind, I wanted a company bonded…read moreand insured. The background checks were also a factor since you welcome essential strangers into your home when hiring a cleaning company. Upon reading wonderful reviews and credentials of Clean Tech, I reached out to Michelle to request an estimate for my home. After a home visit, I selected the initial clean with optional deep clean add-ons. Andrea found a Monday cleaning schedule that would work for us and we just came home to our immaculately clean house! We found a lovely note from Kelly, Sandy and Judy who performed the work. I can't thank these ladies and this company enough for a job well done. We are extremely pleased and look forward to our next clean in two weeks. I have already shared the praise with friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you again Clean Tech!

Detail Cleaning M&M is the real deal, the total package of excellent communication and thorough cleaning. We have the crew come every 4 weeks and we clean in between. My house has never been so clean! I wish our budget allowed for them to come more often. Michelle, the owner, is very professional and responsive, and Carissa, the crew leader, takes great pride in her work and makes sure everything is squeaky clean and just perfect. The whole crew is also very patient and understanding with our weird little rescue dog who doesn't like strangers coming into the house. I feel so lucky to have found Detail Cleaning M&M!!

Do NOT hire! DETAIL CLEANING M & M LLC (Naperville,…read moreILLINOIS?) This company & its owner Michelle ? is not about serving those who need help, it's about lining pockets IMHO. The audacity to contract three rooms in a small home & bath + 1/2, and charge $700.00 Left incomplete! The cleaner B.R., was not allowed to communicate to her clients via phone. That is odd. The bathroom plumbing was clogged during this cleaning where she spent 2.5 hours on the phone while in one small bathroom! She said she shoved a bottle cap down the drain! Major plumbing needed! Add to that, she put a heavy chandelier light cover on wrongly and it soon crashed down high velocity & shattered everywhere, it chipped, literally pulverizing the granite counter top edge & gashed into the wall! The owner, Michelle, was listening on the phone line at the very time and heard it mind you!!! It sounded like a gun shot through a window. It could have severely injured someone. Initially she took responsibility & she ordered the cleaner to clean the shattered glass & remnants. Soon the owner reneged & refused to make good on any of this lack or damage! They have insurance for this. The owner refused to assess it all in person, blamed the homeowners electricity?! A senior with injury & illness who did more alongside the worker, than the worker. They kept changing days & pushing added fees for adding 'another worker'. I was the other worker! Michelle refused a phone conversation thereafter, only text and she stopped communicating when I asked by text for her business address so I could send a formal letter. This treatment or abuse, after I paid excessive fees for nought?! She has mistaken my kindness for weakness... I gave one month for her to rectify, to no avail. There's more but you get the gist. ALSO...NO COMPANY can have full 5 star reviews, ask google, it's statistically impossible & rigged IMHO. I informed her of this review upcoming, crickets

We selected the natural cedar stain, wondering how that would look applied to the yellowish stain currently on the deck and structure. Jennifer's communication skills are excellent. She texted each morning to let us know when she'd be here, or when the weather wouldn't work for staining. She started with a cedar cleaning product which stripped off the discoloration, we had, there were dark areas as well as funky golden patches. After allowing the wood to dry, she returned and painted each piece of wood, each slat on all four sides, getting into the groves to give it a uniform appearance. The wood was soaking up the stain, so she applied two or more coats as needed. I've attached a before and after showing the side of the hot tub enclosure. It looks brand new.

We have had Jennifer come back twice now to do additional work and I have a few more items to bring her back.
