The final cost of the repair quoted was a mere fraction of what Apple would have charged us and the repair is covered with a warranty. The level of communications prior to and during the repair was outstanding ... Al communicated on several occasions by phone and email. As business owners ourselves, it was very refreshing to connect with Al and his staff in their Mississauga location. We have another MacBook Pro we are dropping off for repairs and would consider going nowhere else. We give the highest recommendation for using Buy N Cell, and in particular, the Mississauga location.
