We then received a quote for the repairs, which did not match the inspection and was extremely high: i.e, $1000 to write on the placard that was find one year ago, $500 to replace an outdoor alarm that cost $25 to replace, over $1000 to clean sprinkler heads that had paint on them since the painting of our building two years ago (it took all of 5 minutes to clean all these heads). Now with repeated emails and phone calls to Wiginton, they refuse to respond to a review of their quote. We really need to get our 20 year sprinkler heads inspected, yet I cannot reach anyone at this company that is willing to talk to me.
