At least 5 times I have had various leaks from sprinkler heads and connections. The first few, Fred himself repaired and at affordable prices and quick response time. The last time over a year ago, he was very unresponsive. Needed to repair a head that they had repaired in the past. But eventually agreed to have a rep come out and look at it, but with no dates or time frame. Repaired weeks later after a bunch of back and forth. This 5th leak, absolutely no response. I have the owners personal number. Text and called. No responses. Contacted the main office number several times and no response. This business is unpredictable and cannot be counted on. Obviously doesn't want your business.
