I knew exactly what I wanted but also know how picky I am based on my 16 year career in construction and new found passion for interior design. After researching and speaking to several local companies and even obtaining an estimate from Home Depot, my co-worker referred me to Remodel Surplus. They completed his kitchen renovation the year prior. A pleasant experience doesn't even begin to describe my encounter. I initially designed my kitchen but was determined to pay cash so I didn't place my actual order until several months later. At no time did I ever feel harassed or pressured to place the order before I was ready. Jose and his team were patient, kind, and met every commitment made in order for me to have the kitchen of my dream. The hardest part was just waiting on the cabinets to come in. If I ever remodel another home, I know exactly who to call because anyone who can still have a smile after dealing with a new mom/ contractor with a newborn is a keeper in my eyes.

The outcome was a complete 360 from the white wire racks. It makes the spaces look so much better and more functional. This is one upgrade all homeowners should consider. It was less expensive than I initially had thought which is always a plus. We also had them replace the flooring in the office with Laminate and it turned out really nice. I would recommend and use them again in the future. Lastly I enjoy supporting smaller family owned companies vs large corporations. This is one of those type businesses. Keep up the great work over there!

Gary has a great deal of patience and cares about his work. I was a very unhappy and frustrated person and I appreciate his dedication and perfection. In summary I had purchased storm screens for my patio and my original experience was horrible. Unfortunately, I was provide with poor reckless work from the crew of previously know stormfitters and Westshore homes. There were many issues including significant damage, broken parts, dented covers, and missing parts from the poor installation. One of my storm screens damaged during install requiring replacement of multiple parts for proper function. Considering all the time he was here fixing all the problems the cost was very reasonable as well. Fortunately, Gary is very persistent and all is well now. If Gary and his team did not fix the damage there may have been a safety issue for myself, family, and friends. The screens are functioning well now and I am now a very happy person. I now feel comfortable going out on my patio and using the screens. Thank you again Gary. Highly recommend his business. You will not be disappointed.
