The crew did great work on the window, but the French doors is a whole other story. Installation crew was great. Prepare to be ghosted after they have your money. Very poor communication and extremely hard to get in touch with after the sale is final. Do not do business with this company. it is a scam! We signed a contract with them to replace windows and storm doors in Aug 2022. After many promised installation dates and broken promises, we had had enough and cancelled our contract in May 2023. They will not refund our deposit of over $6,000. Fact is, they quit communicating with us months prior to the cancellation. We finally got a judgment against them for the amount of our deposit. Collecting our money is unlikely because the company is in trouble. But I will continue to do everything I can to see that no one else gets cheated out of their hard-earned money like we did. Job was 8/2021 we are now in 9/2023 They sales men came by and offered us new siding. We agreed and they got in contact with the bank they use to finance their company. This was in March 2021 they told us they had to order the product and it would probably be middle of June to end of June. Well along came July then the begining of August. We called several times and Shelly who answered the phone kept telling us oh it was on the next truck or they were unloading now. Well middle of August they finally started on the house. The owner and his son came out and started it . The next week Kevin s crew of 3 came out said the owner had messed up everything. The Owner also told me they weren't doing the window trim . I said no your sales men told me it was included I won that battle. Then I told them they needed to get it done my mom was with hospice living with me and she wasn't doing well . They said they would get everyone on it and it would be done in a week, that didnt happen and I had to delay the work because my mom passed away. They finally finished in Sept. Absolutely the worst window company! In 2020, I purchased 5 windows for $9600.00. it took 8 months to get installed. 1 week later I called because none of the screens fit properly. After numerous calls, rude responses and very unprofessional return calls the screens were installed 1 1/2 years later! Do not use this company!! read more

Have tried to have a door install finished for the last 2.5 years. This company will not return calls. Misty the owner won't even return phone calls. After the first year they had to come back and remove the whole door and frame it in properly. During that install they bent the screens and installed them upside down. Misty the owner said they would order new ones. I haven't heard from them since. I can't even find out who made the doors for them. Don't use these people if there is someone else available. read more

6/4/2021 UPDATE HORRIBLE DO NOT USE FREEDOM CONSTRUCTION Very unprofessional company. Horrible work, attention to detail, and did not clean up after themselves. 6/1/2021 OUR EXPERIENCE: After meeting with WONDERFUL sales people John and Bubba at our home, Manager Kevin came over to measure our windows so he could order new ones. When he arrived he was 30 minutes late for our appointment and not to judge but smelled of cigarettes . We were excited to have our windows come in early, by about a month. We were advised that the installation would be on 5/24 at 10am to 4:30pm and 5/25 8am ish to 4:30pm. DAY 1 We were surprised Monday 5/24 when the installers arrived before 9am. My husband told Kevin "the manager" we were told by Shelley from Freedom Construction, the installers would arrive at 10am Monday morning. Kevin began to argue with my husband about the time of arrival ‍ Kevin then left his 2 installers at our house (one of the installers is the manager Kevin's son) The installers immediately noticed the new windows didn't fit correctly. At this point I over heard the 1 of the 2 installers say "I believe the windows don't fit this always happens". The installers then busted out all the old windows and left debris of wood, glass shards, nails, screws, screens all over our grass, roof, walkways, and all over the rooms inside. Thinking the installers would clean up we dealt with the mess all day. Trying to keep our kid's and dogs safe. Well the installers left without cleaning up, leaving a HUGE mess (see pictures) ‍So we cleaned up the debris that evening for safety sake. DAY 2 installers showed up on time, we thought it would be a quick day of just putting up window trim. The next thing we know, they're taking the new windows back out and filling the spaces with foam and vinyl. ‍ (because the new windows are too small to replace previous windows) After the installers were at our house all day "Jimmy Rigging" the new windows to fit, the installers said they would clean the windows and clean up their mess. Before having a chance to look over their work, the installers wanted us to fill out a survey to rate their work while they stood in front of us. We left that part blank and contacted Shelley at Freedom Construction about our issues. Shelley was very nice and asked that we email her our photos, so she can forward them to her boss. Shelley then set up for Kevin (the manager that measured the windows incorrectly in the first place) to come back out and look at the work today 6/1/2021 at 1pm. After a lot of thinking I called Shelley and left her a voicemail and emailed canceling the appointment with Kevin. I never received an email or call back from Shelley so I called and talked to someone named Dan to make sure our appointment was canceled for today. After Dan heard that I emailed and tried calling Shelley, Dan said can you please hold and hung up on me. At this point I was DONE, Dan didn't call back saying we got disconnected or anything. At this point my husband called and spoke with Dan, who said he was the supervisor. Dan then fought on the phone with my husband for 20 minutes and when my husband asked for Dan's last name Dan said it super fast. My husband could only make out (TAL) so he asked Dan if he could spell his last name for him again. Dan said no I already told you my last name. At this point WE ARE SO DONE. We will let the financial institutions and courts deal with theseJOKERS I hope our experience keeps others from making the mistake we did. read more

This company convinced a divorced woman her home needed $60,000 worth of work for seven (only 7) windows, all standard sizes. She paid $30,000 deposit. After six months she got sick and was in the hospital. While she was in the hospital and terminal (six weeks to live) they decided to do some work on her house. She declined because of her health and Hospice care. Their lawyer sent a letter demanding specific performance. I reviewed the contract and determined she could terminate with a 25% penalty (getting most of her 50% deposit back). They said they would go to court. She died and the estate failed to file a claim since the main witness had died. Not a good company to deal with, and definitely not very Christian in operating philosophy. read more

We have contracted them to do our roof ahead of solar panels. We were told that they would get us in before mid June at the latest, so we scheduled our solar panels to be installed on July. It is now the agreed upon time, and we cannot get a call back after they told us the earliest would be August. They claimed they were "going to see about moving us up," but now we are being ghosted. read more
