David arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the process, fabricated the outdoor handrail to save us some money, and I felt the bill was reasonable for the work completed. Not only that, but they have amazing prices when it comes to windows + installation. The process is seamless and the work that was done was absolutely perfect. Nothing but good things to say about this company. I called and they came to help diagnose the…read moreproblem within the week. They confirmed their suspicions when they arrived, my door had been sticking to the seal after some lubricant got on the seal. We got it cleaned off and it stopped sticking but had a bit of a gap at the top, so they tuned up the door and got it sealed and working better than it did when I bought the house. While they were there we started talking about a replacement (since I had anticipated the need due to the bending) they talked about options and had a replacement seal ready to go. But they actually talked me out of the need for a door or seal for the time being since they're still working. If and when I ever need something with the garage door, I'm calling them. They were probably there working/talking for an hour and didn't charge me anything. They were very nice, they know their stuff and they're not shy about sharing knowledge.

Do not buy from this organization. We contacted them to replace the windows in our sunroom which…read morewere floor to ceiling windows across the whole back side of our house. I returned to the home after their installation and they installed ordinary windows essentially making our sunroom into a room with a lot of windows and even more wood. We made it clear we wanted to replace the SUNROOM windows and we ended up losing over three feet of view out the backside of the house. I immediately called the sales person and his manager Sarah. She refused to do anything about it. Did not offer any form of refund and essentially said it was our fault for not understanding her sales person. Myself, my husband and our contractor all agreed the sales person said nothing about losing this much of the glass. I asked for the name and contact number of the owner and Sarah refused to supply it. I can understand her not wanting her boss to know how much they messed up but it really lacks integrity to not make upper management available to speak with a dissatisfied customer. I will never purchase anything from them again and if ever asked will tell people to run the other way. Worst home purchase of our lives

Started the process in September and it is not yet complete. Salesperson was convincing and…read moremeasurers showed up as expected and sliding glass door and window were ordered. This has been an extended process and you would think it would be completed within a short period of time. In early November the installers damaged the stucco and now in mid- December the repairman looked at it and promised to match and repair it within the next couple days. The screen the installers brought in November was damaged and the door handle was not what we ordered. Supposedly these were ordered on installation day but when I called to find out if there has been progress I was informed they would be ordered and be here in mid-January. The windows are pricey and would not be recommended based on the service provided.

The estimate was not ready when they said it would be and I needed to call a couple of times and finally got it. The price was not too bad but then I looked and it did not include things like,,, a doorknob,,, lock or finishing of the trim. Seemed odd to me, but maybe that is normal. The quote was over $4000.00 for the one door. I would hope for that kind of money it would be complete.,,,,

I'm giving the lowest rating possible to this company…read more First reason: Their measurements for my glass shower door were incorrect, subsequently water sprays out onto the floor each time I shower. That shower door cost well over two thousand dollars! I had them return three times to ask for a fix, and they pretended like it's not their fault. I asked for a re-measurement and a replacement door and they refused. A second reason for the very low rating is their office staff took almost half a year to get me a bid for a large mirror. I kept calling and they kept giving me excuses.
