They recently started adding the cutest little gemstone accents to the dogs' ears (done safely, of course), and my girl Faith is absolutely living for it! She prances out of the salon with bows, bling, and a whole new attitude--and it's so cute that she even keeps her bows in her toy box and brings them to me so I'll put them back on and tell her how pretty she is. Jessy continues to be the absolute best. He always finds a way to fit Faith in and treats her like royalty. His gentle, kind nature as a groomer is unmatched--Faith adores him, and so do I! I took my dog in today for a full groom. After my husband picked our her up, I noticed blood spots…read moreon the bed that she was laying on. I examined my dog to see two of her nails were cut too short and bleeding. I called the owner, Charity, to share my concern, and she told me she trimmed them too short but put something on them to help it. I asked her if she informed my husband of the incident when he picked her up, and she said she had not. I understand accidents happen, but it is very unprofessional to make a mistake like this without making the owner aware. Not only did I have to spend time scrubbing blood off of my bed, my dog is shaking, licking her paw, and acting extremely anxious. I will not be visiting again and suggest Charity learn from this and make sure to communicate incidents and provide information for the dog owner of how to help the dog when picking them up.
