On checking in, nothing mentioned about a delay. The girl at the front desk was nice and apologetic, offered a discount. With no idea of when I would be seen, I decided to leave. Poor experience, poor customer service in that if Heather was running late, call in advance and let me know, or inform me at Check-in. With travel time to and from, this wasted 90mins of my time.

She is friendly, professional and good at what she does. I use online check in and will only go if Leslie is working. I have postponed my haircut a week or more a while back when she was out with an extended illness. If Leslie should move on, of course, I will move on as well. He did a great job in my son's cut, but he is always late and he will change times on you without telling you. Courtesy calls or text messages informing you he will be late is something that he said he will not and cannot do, because he doesn't have time and he is not looking at his appointment book, and most customers know there is a wait and understand. I am not sure of how many customers mind waiting an hour past their appointment time and are okay with that. He said he is not for everybody and that's true if you are the person who likes for appointment times to be honored and respectful customer service!
