The first barber we had was Destiny and I loved her. She was so personal and actually remembered my son after only meeting one time. We used her a few times and quickly realized that she no longer worked there. We tried a couple other people and then I picked Jason. I was shook. We came in a bit early and he saw him. I showed him a quick picture and he was like "ok." Not going to lie, I was a bit nervous because he didn't ask follow up questions but I trusted the process and he did not fail. Of all the barbers my son has had, Jason gave him the cleanest fade I ever seen. It damn near melted off it was so fire. I didn't notice how clean it was until we got home so I didn't get to give him props hence why I'm writing this review. He took a bit longer than what I was used to, but after seeing his work, I'm not even mad. Utter perfection. Ate and left no crumbs. Man of little words--because none are needed. Definitely will be back in like a month. Don't go anywhere pleaseeeee. Cheffff Jasoonnnn P.S. The finishing spray smelled soo good!

I made an appointment with Destiny, I have never used this barbershop before. My appointment was…read morefor 10 AM and I was at least 10 minutes early and waited till the doors opened. I sat down and waited for the Barber to arrive and at 10:05 AM the receptionist informed me that destiny was 15 to 20 minutes out and would that be OK. This is truly unprofessional on every level and I will never go back to this place. This was my first impression and what a waste of my time. I don't know how they have good reviews because this is ridiculous and I could've made an appointment at 10 other barbershops. Unfortunately, there's not an option for zero stars, but that's what they deserve because I am in shock.. 10 AM is pretty late in the morning, it's not as though this was an early appointment. If you value people valuing your time, this is not a good place for you.

He's good with the kids, even special needs children. I've seen him with some special needs children, including my own. The patience needed to work with these kids is is short of amazing and Joe is up to the task. To the person complaining that he couldn't find it, I hardly see how your inability to call, ask for directions, or do anything else other than complain is Joe's fault. Be an adult, geez, and it's not like Joe designed them building. To everyone else, I would say if you're looking for a professional barber, give Joe a shot, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I've been going to Joe for about 2 years now. 9 out of 10 times he's late for my appointment. I've…read morebrought up him being late to my appointments multiple times and he's never tried to adjust to that. If I call or text him to see where he is, I either don't receive a response or he'll answer and tell me he's on his way which then takes 10 more minutes. I take time out of my day to go to a business that cannot do the least which is to be on time for a clients appointment or communicate as to why he's late. Today I went for my appointment and AGAIN he was late. I called and texted him to see if there was a problem. 5 minutes go by and he walks around the corner very nonchalantly and acts like nothing happened. Didn't acknowledge him being late. I asked if he received my call or text and he then says confrontationally, "yes but didn't see the reason to respond." We then got into an altercation of me asking why he's always late and doesn't adjust going back and forth. I walked away disappointed and he then follows me to my car so he can cuss me out in front of my car telling me not to tell him how to run his business. I have a dash cam so I have a video of him cussing at me. I said that I no longer wanted to do business with him. Definitely does not know how to run a business or give any type of customer service. He also blocked me on Booksy so I couldn't write a negative review. Disappointing.

It's not worth the low price when they completely ignore your directions and butcher your hair! One size does not fit all - I SPECIFICALLY asked the gentleman to leave hair on the top long and to not go too short in the back as I have a scar. Sure enough, he didn't listen. Now I can see the scalp on top of the head and the scar on the back of the head - what part of "don't go too short" is that hard to understand?
