My family absolutely loves Logan!! My husband & boys have been going to him for over a year now, possibly close to 2 years. He is so personable, always takes care of us and does an excellent job on their hair. We started with him at the first 717 location and moved with him to the new building. We have referred friends to him and look forward to seeing him each time our guys need haircuts and trims. He does different styles, fades and always patient with our boys. My son wants to be a barber because of Logan, he is the best!! read more

Blendz Barber Studio - Logan cutting hair - Barbers Near Me - Frisco, Texas

Having a go-to hair place is essential, and the options available in north Dallas are pretty basic... Poorly trained "stylists" and gimmicky douche chains. 717 is the opposite of all that -- genuine, custom cuts for any style and type of hair. They have someone that specializes in your specific look and hair type. Skilled, efficient, reasonable and most of all cool. I highly recommend Logan. Super chill and an expert with the hair. I used to get my haircut every 3 months because I dreaded all my previous experiences. With Logan, I'm there every 3-4 weeks because I look forward to how I'll look after a trim. Cuts it perfect every time and finishes off with a sweet fade. I even take my 5-year old... Logan has the touch, and my son is pretty calm in the chair. He's so excited to show the fresh designs Logan works into the fade. Check it out! read more

Blendz Barber Studio - Barbers Near Me - Frisco, Texas

No pricing anywhere to be seen. They did offer free refreshments but were out of water. Says walk-ins welcome but they turned customers away. Got shocked with a 40 bill, no hot towel, no shave, no shampoo, no massage. Way too expensive for just a plain hair cut. No Tv, just Mexican music. Not going back at that price. Hair cut turned out okay. read more

Just moved to the area, brought my boys and husband to get a haircut customer service was great! Omar the owner was amazing, made us feel welcomed. One thing for sure is, you'll leave satisfied! Will be coming back again. read more

They took me last minute as a walk in, the haircut was impressive and the barber did a lot of work with the straight razor. The only complaint is the price is a little more than what I normally pay. However, give. The circumstances it was worth it. Overall, I recommend this shop based on my experience and the quality of the haircuts I saw while waiting. Trust me when they say that all kinds of hair types welcome they mean it. Check 'em out if your in the area. read more

One of the worser haircuts I've ever had. First I asked the barber not to tie the paper thing around my neck. He refused and said it's a "law" that I have to have the paper around my neck. I'm not a hair-lawyer but pretty sure it's not a law since I've had literally hundreds of haircuts without the paper thing and never had a barber force me to use it. I showed him a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and he indicated he understood. He spent the next 15 minutes bashing and scraping my head with his clippers as if he was trying to injure me on purpose. I've never had such an unpleasant and rough haircut before. During the entire haircut, he had the chair pointed away from the mirror, so I had no idea what the haircut would look like until he was completely done. The hair style that he decided to give me looked nothing like what was in the picture. Only giving more than 1 stars because the haircut was evenly done and properly faded/blended on the sides. read more

Lex was a great barber, she was able to meet my expectations in every way. Getting my haircut is always a pain because I never like it, Lex knocked it out of the park! Definitely coming back. read more

If i could give it a 0 stars I would I always make appointments in the morning and the barber are never on time or they just don't show up. I don't know why they have a appointment service if they don't even use it or follow it tried 3 different barbers and all are the same. But if you miss the appointment for any reason they do take your money. read more

A little disappointed. I usually shave my head and beard myself. I've done it for years however, I recently had surgery on my right arm and can't use it right now. I was excited to go back to a real barbershop for an old fashioned hot lather and straight razor shave of my head and a beard trim. I made an appointment online and chose any available barber. I was welcomed and sat as soon as I arrived. Everything about this place says old school barbershop so I had high expectations! The barber I had used clippers on my head and only used a straight razor in a few spots. My sideburns are uneven along with my mustache. I still have stubble on my head as well (which is expected with a trimmer cut but not a razor shave). All in all I might give this place another try with a different barber but only if they do what's advertised with a full straight razor head shave. read more

Mason does an amazing job every time. I have been coming to 717 for a bit over 6 months. The price is just right and the service is great. Very clean place and i have not had an issue getting an appointment in a time that works for me. read more

Did a great job on my sons hair! He's very picky and he said he's not going anywhere but here in the future. Great service and the girl at the reception desk was incredibly nice and very helpful. Highly recommend! read more

We have been taking our kids to this shop for the past 6 months and have been mostly pleased! The only downside that I have experienced is the last three times we were seen our barber was unexpectedly out or was running very behind (more than 30 mins). We make appointments ahead of time and guarantee with credit card (even on Tuesday's) so this can be frustrating. I also would like if they could keep a record of preferences on file . Overall a great place, and we appreciate the great cuts. I would hope that customers who book appts ahead of time and provide their credit card to hold a space would take precedence. read more

Mason did a good job. The got a ping pong table there that make you want to play after your cut.

The door to the business says open 12p on sundays. 3 seperate people sat in front of their door from 11am waiting on them to open. At 1215 the people next to us called and the machine says they're closed! Complete waste of time. They need to update their door business hours so you're not waiting new customers time! The owner acknowledged. read more

I used to think that for us regular guys, a haircut was just a haircut. But that was before I started going to 717 Barber Studio inn Frisco! My man Marcus always takes care of me and my sons, and he goes the extra mile! His skill with the razor helps me feel sharp and confident in my business and at home with the wife. As a plus, their prices aren't nearly as high as some of these other "high-end" barber shops in Frisco. Marcus and Tony really do a great job of maintaining that neighborhood feel with a fresh setting and smiling faces. I recommend 717 to any man in Frisco who wants to look like they paid $100 for a cut but paid a fraction of that! read more

Compared to the other shops I've been to this on has to be the best! There's so much room to sit in this studio and the TV's are all set up to where you can watch while you wait/ get a cut. All of the barbers in this studio are friendly and will definitely get you right no matter what you get! I set my appointments with Marcus who also does a great job! I don't get my hair cut anywhere else and I'm proud to say it, Keep up the great work!! read more

Logan's the homie. Phenomenal Barber. Been going to him for over a year now and I'm never disappointed. Any style or fade I throw at him is light work. 10/10 read more

Lui did a great job. I'm very particular about my barber, and being my first cut with him - I was very pleased.

Wouldn't go back there again. Pretty unhygienic place. First thing I noticed is that after the previous customer stepped off , there was no cleaning of chair or tools and I was asked to sit right in all the hair that was still on the chair. Then the lady never understood what a simple short haircut was. They are inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Lousy all around read more

They were super busy but still squeezed my son in and he LOVED the experience and haircut. His hair looks great and we will definitely be back. read more

I have been searching for a great barber in the Frisco area for the last year and after reading the write up in Frisco Style I was super excited to give this place a try. Finally a place with some character and neighborhood feel, which I think Frisco is lacking. I called and got an appointment for 3pm on Saturday. I showed up on time and when I walked in it was exactly what I was expecting. Great vibe going on with some great music playing. Barbers that actually looked like a barber that you wanted cutting you hair. Not a bs shop that you pay $70 bucks for great clips cut. They were busy and I anticipated a few minute wait. As I continued to wait several barbers opened up went into the back for a few minutes had some pizza and came out and took walk ins. At this point I am beginning to question my appointment. At 20 minutes in to the wait and and at least three barbers in the back the host comes out and tells me my barber will be out when he is done finishing his pizza. Not something I really cared to hear. I would like to suggest that you coach your staff to simply say your barber will be with you shortly. Eating pizza and licking fingers by the back door when you're about to touch my face are non value added details that really should be transparent to the customer. I decided not to wait any longer for a cut. Although I won't be back please know that as a result of the article in Frisco Style you will have other first timers Walk thru your doors. It's up to you whether or not they come back. read more

717 true barbershop feel. First time in, host received me with a smile. Scheduled with Lui. He took good care of me. Will be coming back.

This is the best barbershop I've been to in Frisco! Seriously, best haircut, best atmosphere, best barber. JD was easy to talk to, knew what I asking for better than I could explain and did a better job than I could have dreamt of. Positives: * Local, family owned place. Everyone in there was super friendly. * Very reasonable price for a men's haircut. Not a great clips price but much more affordable than most chain places in the area * GREAT HAIRCUT * Easy Appointment System. * Very clean and doing a good job with COVID regulations. Negatives * ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It was a little loud so it was hard to hear JD at times. Do yourself a favor and go here! read more

I never understood why people stick with the same barber and don't try to find the next best thing... until I went into 717. After Logan cut my hair, I won't go to another place. He blessed my head, and the following week I could not keep women from throwing themselves at me. Best shop around town, great atmosphere, great people. Book an appointment with Logan while you can. read more

I dont normally write reviews, however, just had to post this. The cut was OK, not great but ok. The problem is that it was $50 bucks because of my beard line and sooooo not worth it. I usually got to Fade fellaz(25 +5 for beard) or Fadez (35 all in), Cut kings (30 with or without beard), Als Hair masters(35)....etc. Everyone is floating around $35max, with the exception of the "corporate" style shops which are a rip off to begin with. This shop is cool but would do so much better if they charged around $30-$35. Not coming back here since I can go 10 more mins away and save 15-25 bucks. read more

Don't let the looks fool you. So disappointed in the service and most importantly my cut. I should have saw the writing on the wall, every station had light rings as if they were displaying there finish product on social media. Art work was amazing but skill in and attention to detail in the cut was completely off. I said DO NOT TRIM my beard, why are you running the trimmer across my beard. I said square the chin, it look like my 4 year old tried to do it. If you looking for a new shop STAY FAR AWAY! read more
