The service itself does not come with a wax but you can add it on, which I did, and if it's your first time waxing there you will receive 20% off. So that was nice as well. Through out the whole appointment I was made comfortable, but was also allowed to make suggestions with brow shape and tint color. When it happened a second time, I mentioned again that it was frustrating and asked if they could please communicate with me if they were significantly behind schedule. Unfortunately, it happened a third time with no call or text. I understand appointments can run over and unexpected things happen. My issue isn't that they were behind; it's the lack of communication, especially after I specifically brought it up twice. A quick text or phone call would have allowed me to adjust my schedule rather than arriving and waiting.
