Then they got out a black light, ( looked like something we decorated our rooms with in the 90's ) plugged it in by her, and then moves it in front of her face for a minute, I think, could have been 3. ( They had a sad kitchen timer to let them know when time was up.) Then they prescribed her like 5 different things, all harsh on her skin. Then bill came in, that was the funniest part. Charged me about $240 for her facial ( trying to pop pimples on her face) and around $240 for her ( can't remember what they called this one, but I think it was like a chemical treatment ( the black lights from the 90's, swiped in front of her face for 1-3 minutes ). Probably gonna call BBB on them.

Janice could careless about my issues. She didnt read the chart to know the history or current…read moreissues. I went in for my under arm condition and also a scar from a port I had in. After use had to explain to her that what she was telling me I got treated for was wrong she then says that she don't feel anything. She's telling me she doesn't even feel all the bumps under my arm. Honestly she didn't want to touch me. The nurse came in and found the spots in seconds. Then she came back in and said oh I feel someth8ng but it's very superficial. It is not.. They are very deep bumps that are embedded in my arm sockets. So that day I received the shots. Today she comes in with the same I don't give damn attitude, so I left. You're not going reat me if you can careless about me. Now mind you this is not my 1st time here. My 1st experience was great. The care team did an amazing job at treating the condition on my back. I'm not going to say don't go here. But I will say my experience second experience with Janice solidified my decision in not coming back!!!

Great clinic. An actual MD does your treatments. This is rare and makes all the difference…read more I have recommended a few people since my treatment yesterday. I already see results.

Went to Dr. Will twice. Informed him that I only wanted 25 u after only having Botox once before…read more(somewhere else) with the same amount of units and good results. He loaded the syringes while I was present and gave 25 u. It hurt more than the first place I had gone to.. The results were stronger because I had them all in my forehead and crows feet this time. It froze my forehead but otherwise I was pleased. The second time I scheduled for 25 u, the syringes were pre- filled when I arrived, which I have heard is a no no. It hurt worse bc he kept using the same needle in multiple spots. The results lasted less than 3 months. I questioned the length of time it lasted and he told me that I should get 50 units instead or I should go somewhere else. Why would I get 50 units if I had frozen results with only 25 prior? Something shady about this guy. I googled him and it looks like he had some disciplinary actions against his geriatric practice in the past. Do not recommend. I also reviewed him on Google and he responded by denying that he pre-filled the syringes the last time he injected me. He most definitely did, which is likely why I had suboptimal results. Please review the disciplinary actions agains him before booking: https://www.healthgrades.com/providers/william-hudson-2y2bx Edit: I did not complain when I attempted to see you again, I asked your "professional" opinion as to why it did not work as well as it did the first time you injected me. I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. You took it as a complaint and said that if I did not agree to receive 50 units that I could go somewhere else! I was not rude, as you said. I was a bit taken aback, considering that you had injected me with 25 u prior and that you were now insisting that I get 50 or go somewhere else. You only offered 35u after telling me that I could go somewhere else for not getting 50, which I declined due to your less than professional attitude. As stated, the first time I saw you, my forehead was frozen. Why would I let you inject me with double the amount of Botox? I do not have "extreme" wrinkles in my forehead. My forehead is completely smooth - unless I raise my eyebrows. (See pictures) I find it unprofessional that you find Botox to be a one-size fits all. Not all women need 35-50 units of Botox. My goal was to retain some movement in my forehead to appear a bit more natural. I find it a shame that your goal is only to be cost effective, regardless of your patients goals. That says a lot about you as a provider. As far as "slandering you," I provided a link to your past disciplinary actions to forewarn the public of your recent drug abuse. That is something potential customers should be aware of.

Elevate by Ochsner is another branch of Ochsner, but they offer elective spa-like treatments…read moreinstead of the standard medical care provided at the hospital. They offer services such as massages, facials, laser hair removal/skin treatments, Botox/Dysport, fillers, Cool Sculpting, etc. Although the Clearview location is inside the hospital complex, the vibes here are very spa-like and not at all clinical. It feels luxurious and elegant. I've had a few treatments with their BBL laser hair removal here. I can't speak for the effectiveness because I did not continue with the treatments (you really need A LOT of treatments to permanently get rid of your hair in the pubic region of your body because the hairs there tend to be stubborn. You can get rid of a good amount with about 5-6 treatments for your underarms though). However, I can say that the laser here does not hurt all (given your settings are adjusted accurately). I highly recommend asking for Betsy to be your laser technician. She's FANTASTIC! She accurately assesses the right settings for you after considering a variety of factors, and she's just a pleasant person from whom to receive care overall! Compared to other laser treatments I've had, the BBL Laser here doesn't hurt, produce skin redness, nor leave you with that "sunburned" feeling where you get treated. Keep in mind though, experiences with lasers are different for everyone and this was just my experience. I also get injected here a few times per year. The regular price per unit is $14 for Botox and $6 for Dysport, which is a bit pricier than other places, but they often have promotions where the prices drop (once a season maybe? Perhaps even more frequently?) and it becomes a better deal than even the cheaper places around. Plus, the injections are performed by actual doctors and not by estheticians. I recommend signing up for their emails to get notified about their specials. I also really like their facial skin analysis instrument, called the Visia. This is a complimentary service, and it takes a very detailed photo of your face and it analyzes your skin for you. You can take a baseline photo and compare it to another photo you take after your treatments. Your skin condition is compared to other people of similar demographics/age as you. It can assess sun damage and more too. It's a very cool instrument, and you should take advantage of the technology! BONUS: you get a discount on almost everything if you're an Ochsner employee as well!
