I spoke with Cristy, which was very friendly over the phone and scheduled me during the week I requested. Ragan had given me a FREE consultation, informatively answered all of my questions about the route to take to remove my stubborn fat. Such a wonderful spa/dermatologist !! I started seeing Dr Glaudi 12 months ago for dysport injections. She is a very competent Doctor. She is calm, friendly, and very professional. Dr Glaudi identified that I had melasma and recommended a treatment plan for me. We started this skin treatment in the winter; as melasma is aggravated by sun and hot weather. I started off with a peel and then had 3 sessions of IPL. Ragan carried out the IPL treatments. She is very skilled at IPL. My results are outstanding. Ragan is obviously very passionate about skin care and the serving the clients at Bonus Image Aesthetics. She put me on to the correct products I should be using for my melasma. I think that has contributed to the success in my battle of the dark skin mask. Really I can't speak highly enough of Dr Glaudi & Ragan. They both make you feel really at ease. I've been going to Dr. Glaudi and Ragan for about two years for anti-aging skin care including microdermabrasion, dysport injections and most recently I've started Exilis treatments (I will post again once the series is completed, but can say that there are already photo documented improvements in only two visits.) . Great first time experience. It was my first time to get laser hair removal. Thankfully, Dr. Glaudi's Aesthetician was very informal about how the procedure was going to go and feel. She informed me with directions for me to follow in between treatments and explained how the treatments were going to go and the reason why. Which I thought that was great to know being that I am unfamiliar with laser treatments. The results I got from laser hair removal are great! It was very minimal to no pain, nothing I couldn't handle. She was very cautious and didn't cause any post- trauma,or burns to my legs nor my back. I now can now feel comfortable without a shirt on due to laser hair removal on my back as well! Ragan was awesome! It was my first time getting laser hair removal and I didn't know what to expect. She was very educating and helpful for what to expect and how the process would work! Now I am festival ready and hairless! I would recommend EVERYONE to come try this place. Ragan and Doctor Susan are very sweet & intelligent . Loved the service here. Very great and welcoming Doctor's office! Dr. Susan's Aesthetician had me come in for a skin consultation and she recommended the best office care plan for me. So far we have done our first treatment, which is The Perfect Peel. I love love love the results from this peel! One of the best peels I have EVER had! I've been receiving Botox for a while now, and needed a new doctor with my move to New Orleans. The office atmosphere is calming, Dr. Glaudi has a really nice bedside manner, and most importantly, my forehead looks great! No droopy eyebrow or Jack Nicklaus look, which is something that my previous doctor couldn't nail despite being one of Alabama's top injectors. Even better, there was no need to go back for a two-week follow up visit to "correct" anything, which is great in terms of my calendar. This was my first peel and I was super afraid of ending up like Samantha Jones from Sex in the City. Reagan was great and reassured me that I would indeed be red but my face wouldn't melt off. It didn't hurt at all but there was a slight tingly burning when she first applied it to my forehead but it definitely wasn't painful.
