I had 3 laser tattoo treatments done and started with dark/black ink removal on the third treatment. I was told I would have to wait 2-months between treatments now that the laser strength was being increased. I was eager to have this tattoo removed and was having almost zero symptoms after previous treatments. I explained this and thought I convinced the technician to continue with monthly follow-ups instead of prolonging the process for no reason. A month later I called to confirm the appointment and was basically told no and I would have to wait another month and there was no logical, physical, or adverse justification for prolonging my treatment 2x longer than need be. So, now I have a half removed tattoo that looks like complete crap now but have no clue who to see and get this process finished, which is further exacerbated by the poor experience with Free My Ink; anyone have any advice or recommendations????

I love getting oxygen facials and a variety of others that I just discovered last spring when I signed up for a subscription plan at the spa close to home in New York. Upon moving back to NOLA, I searched Yelp for a med spa with a subscription plan and immediately made my appointment. A subscription plan is nice because going monthly is key to keeping your skin in tip top shape. Admittedly I haven't done much more than use good products throughout my adulthood but now I'm a believer! I also get the occasional laser Genesis treatments (evens skin tone, erases fine lines et), which Hickham has here as well. It's the least invasive laser (honestly, I always think lasers hurt) and leaves you positively glowing. My appointment was with Dawn and she was great! We did dermaplaning and the laser Genesis and I left loving my positively dewy skin. No downtime with Laser Genesis either. Hickham offers two kinds of subscription services, one for facials and one for laser treatments and microneedling (which is a little scary for me but I may check it out eventually). Both plans get you discounts on other products and services at the spa. I also visited with Dr. Hickham for that oh-so-crucial full body scan, which was quick and easy. I'll definitely be going back to her if and when I need to as she made me feel super comfortable. I'll be back regularly!

Reception and support staff were extremely kind and cheerful, and I was greeted by people in the hallway as I passed. This reflects my experience today and a few months ago at my first appointment. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will be coming back for any other skin related treatments if needed in the future. :)

Went to Dr. Will twice. Informed him that I only wanted 25 u after only having Botox once before…read more(somewhere else) with the same amount of units and good results. He loaded the syringes while I was present and gave 25 u. It hurt more than the first place I had gone to.. The results were stronger because I had them all in my forehead and crows feet this time. It froze my forehead but otherwise I was pleased. The second time I scheduled for 25 u, the syringes were pre- filled when I arrived, which I have heard is a no no. It hurt worse bc he kept using the same needle in multiple spots. The results lasted less than 3 months. I questioned the length of time it lasted and he told me that I should get 50 units instead or I should go somewhere else. Why would I get 50 units if I had frozen results with only 25 prior? Something shady about this guy. I googled him and it looks like he had some disciplinary actions against his geriatric practice in the past. Do not recommend. I also reviewed him on Google and he responded by denying that he pre-filled the syringes the last time he injected me. He most definitely did, which is likely why I had suboptimal results. As stated, the first time I saw you, my forehead was frozen. Why would I let you inject me with double the amount of Botox? I do not have "extreme" wrinkles in my forehead. My forehead is completely smooth - unless I raise my eyebrows. (See pictures) I find it unprofessional that you find Botox to be a one-size fits all. Not all women need 35-50 units of Botox. My goal was to retain some movement in my forehead to appear a bit more natural. I find it a shame that your goal is only to be cost effective, regardless of your patients goals. That says a lot about you as a provider. As far as "slandering you," I provided a link to your past disciplinary actions to forewarn the public of your recent drug abuse.
