They have known for weeks that she was having surgery and have yet to send over to the surgeon her release papers. Her surgery is scheduled for Monday, June 8th. The offices have been closed since Thursday. She went to see them on Wednesday and was promised after several weeks of "yes, we are sending it over" to "yes we will send it today, Wednesday, June 3rd. Well, we called the surgeon today to verify that they got the release forms and nothing. Not only has this caused undue angst to my friend, but the surgery will also have to be postponed and just imagine the surgeon and his staff - the cost of their valuable time. I am planning on suing them. No excuse. This behavior is unacceptable.

The phlebotomists usually make up for it but today the one I had in particular was moving too quick for my comfort and her stick was rushed and painful. If you're in a rush then by all means; this place will rush right along with you. If you want a place that treats you like a person, go somewhere else.
