They are friendly, accommodating, professional, and you leave with a smile on your face. I was referenced to Dr. Freedman by my fiance who has been a patient of Dr. Freedman's for many years, and I am very glad that she gave me the reference. I recently had a Root Canal procedure done, and it was painless, and I was very comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr. Freedman and his staff reviewed every step of the process, and during each phase, I was treated with utmost professionalism. The environment they have built is very calm and welcoming, and I would gladly refer their staff to anyone looking for a dental practice to be apart of. To set the record straight on Root Canal procedures...they are nothing to be afraid of! I did not experience any pain during or after my procedure, and the whole duration took about an hour and a half. I could not have chosen a better staff to take control of this procedure. I look forward to coming back for my routine checkup in July. Thank you to every staff member of Brad Freedman, DDS & Associates!

ZERO OUT OF 10. Absolutely unacceptable customer service…read more I rearranged my entire week to make it to my annual dental appointment at Audubon, only to arrive and find out I was being seen by a completely new dentist instead of the dentist I've been seeing for the past three years. No explanation, no heads-up -- just a surprise change when I walked in. The new dentist recommended a deep cleaning, which apparently requires insurance approval. Fine. But instead of offering me a reasonable alternative, I was basically told to wait until someone calls me back once the insurance situation is figured out. I explained that I was more than willing to have a regular cleaning today and begin the process for a deep cleaning in another six months. My teeth needed to be cleaned, I had already taken time out of my schedule to be there, and I was sitting right there in the chair. Yet I was told they couldn't -- or preferred not to -- perform a regular cleaning. So I walked out with my time wasted, my appointment essentially accomplishing nothing, and absolutely no resolution. And I have to ask: WHO decided to switch my dentist without notifying me? After three years of seeing the same dentist, I should not have to walk into my appointment and discover that I'm being treated by someone new -- especially when the entire experience felt like I was being used as a training opportunity. The lack of communication, flexibility, and basic customer service today was incredibly frustrating. I understand that insurance approvals and treatment recommendations are part of the process. What I don't understand is why a paying patient who has already taken the time to come in cannot be given a reasonable option to receive the routine cleaning they came in for. I left extremely disappointed and honestly questioning why I've been a patient here for the past three years. Audubon -- DO BETTER. Your patients' time matters, and today you completely disregarded mine. ZERO OUT OF 10.

I was there Monday of this week for a filling.. They let some of the filling liquid (or something) leak into my throat while they were doing the filling (I felt the burning but couldn't do anything because of all the equipment in my mouth) and it left the skin in my throat with a chemical burn which has since turned into a canker sore in my throat where the burning was. They also allowed some of the liquid to leak on my upper gums, causing the same result.

Before I left, I made an appointment with the receptionist 6 months out. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 8am and I arranged to come late into work. I tried calling and the phone rang and went to voicemail. By 8:15 no one had arrived yet and I decided to not wait any longer. I called the office again and left a message. Unfortunately, no one from the office has called back and returned my message. It was very frustrating because not only did I miss a couple of hours of work, but now I have to take off more time when I find another dentist. Needless to say, I won't be going back here.
