When we got the suits back, the stain was completely gone. The second suit we brought in had an old very set in stain in it. They were able to remove most of it. Overall very happy, pricing is great! Paid $30 for 2 suits. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the customer service is lackluster. When I walked in to pick up my husband's suits, there were three people in the building, and none of them greeted me. Emile was sitting in the back with his wife, eating lunch. Another woman was sitting at a sewing machine, facing the front door. Once I walked in, she put her head back down and kept working. I stood there for a little bit dumbfounded, then decided to wave and say hello. Emile's wife then said, "he'll be right there". He was nice once he got to the counter, but they aren't exactly welcoming. I'll still come here for the prices though.

In October 2025, I decided to trust a local shop -Marce Atelier- here in Coral Gables that offered to replicate, in a different color, an impeccable jacket he absolutely loves. The tailor, Marce and his son assured him they could make an identical copy in black. On December 31st, they delivered the first disaster. These individuals clearly had no idea what they were doing--a piece full of defects that was completely unwearable. I personally accompanied him back to the shop, where the son attended us. He took new measurements while a dove walked around us and once again promised it would be ready in a week. Time passed, and only after being pressured did they admit they couldn't fix the original. They claimed they had made a new one using "wonderful fabric" they had purchased again. I am fashion lover and high-quality craftsmanship, and honestly, when I saw this atrocity, I was speechless. The fabric looked old, cheap, stained, and marked, and the construction was something you would expect from a beginner in a sewing class--a complete insult to good taste and basic intelligence. These two individuals are only capable of doing basic hemming or low-quality work, not handling important garments. Of course, they do not have the money to issue a refund, and my husband is absolutely horrified by what they delivered. Here are the photos of what they made--no further words needed. All this for $2500 ripoff

First you told me to be ready to pick up Tuesday. I tried going Monday and Tuesday and you were nowhere to be found until Tuesday night. I arrived at 10:30 and you proceeded to lie to me telling me that your assistant was iron my pants then you proceeded to tell me she was removing a stain. Then to find out you still had not even hemmed the pants. I also feel that you did not even try to fix the jacket. I bought the shirt and the bow tie because I'm short on time for further shopping. To finalize this horrible experience I asked you this morning until what time would you be there and you responded till 5:30pm. When my friend showed up to pick up my suit and shirt at 3:30pm, you had the nerve to leave something at by now has cost me well over $700 hanging outside your shop. I took pictures and I will make sure to flood the internet, instagram, facebook and tictok of how you are steeling from your clients by not doing the work and taking payment up front.
