Dating back to 1946, the chain is smaller than it used to be, but it is still very popular. And now fast forward to MI. The soft serve here is "close." A bit creamier, but very worthy! HOWEVER, the hand-dipped ice cream at the Spotted Cow is terrific!! And the Butter PEcan is my personal "go-to." But many other options abound. Perhaps I will get around to trying them someday!! :o) 2 locations now (the store in Tecumseh, MI closed) on US 223 (here) and on North Main - they are really a family-oriented place with a (mainly) friendly and well-trained teenage staff. The Frosty Boy hasn't changed it terms of being an ice cream shop that only has outside seating. You order at one window and pick up your order at another window, which is how it's always been and they still carry the flavors that were there when I was a kid. The staff is was friendly and patient as the menu can be a little overwhelming due to all the options, which isn't a bad thing. There are a few other options for ice cream in Adrian, but none can beat the OG, Frosty Boy.

They have good burgers, but my go-to is the chicken sammich with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and pickle with an order of mozzarella sticks with ranch for $10.18. The chicken is always tender and juicy and the mozzarella sticks are so flavorful and probably the best mozzarella sticks I've had in Hillsdale County. Side note: if you want to switch it up a little you can do the crispy chicken in a wrap with ranch and add a side of mozzarella sticks for only $9.65. 10/10 recommend this place.

I've personally have seen the boys flipping off the girls through the window, humping the air and saying things that arent called for. so if your thinking about going to a place to get coffee or to grab a quick bite to eat? I wouldn't recommend this place at all. owners should be held accountable and to a standard and obviously after several complaints from the young ladies and the boys still working there nothing has been done about these things

All the employees were very helpful, paricularly the bearded fellow working the taps on the second floor. My wife and I shared a flight of ciders. They were all tasty, but our favorite was the cherry. We then each had on beer - both tasty. For food, the table shared pretzel bites and cheese curds. The curds were the real standout! Then we shared a veggie pizza with ham. Our kids each had the kids pizzas - one pepperoni and one meal lovers. All the pizzas were good, but the kids crust really excelled due to its fluffiness. Afterwards, we picked half a dozen donuts. Everyone enjoyed them - me choosing the raspberry jelly donut. Yum! Grounds are nice, lots of parking. Seems like they have concerts sometimes, as we saw advertisements for them. We had a great time!
