The cashier didn't even acknowledge us so I spoke up asking to if a key was still needed for the restrooms she finally looked up from her phone and said they're closed! I said well you're still open and we're cash paying customers so we need to use the restroom and She refused! I asked for her name and manager's name and number. She stated she can't give me that it's policy. Such bullshit ! Never going there again.

As i was resting, some towing truck banged on my door stating I was not allowed to park here. I explained that my hours had ran out, and i needed to wait until they reset. He argued back saying I had to find a different spot as this was a "no truck stop". Very inconvenient, this location needs to change and remove "truck stop" off of it.

We'll have to find another go-to travel center from now on though. For some reason, Loves decided they were donut makers, but they flunked IMHO. We looked and looked for the Hostess display, but there was none. All they had was their own brand and most of them were the powdered sugar type (which is the dumbest idea to try to eat while traveling - personally, neither of us want the impossible hassle of trying not to have the fronts of our shirts sugar dusted when we're traveling!). There were also, no 6 pack boxes of larger donuts and no display case of local Fresh donuts either. We settled for a bag of their brand of chocolate which was so disappointing. Moving on!

You scream, I scream, we ALL scream for... well actually my bladder was screaming for the restroom,…read morebut if the rest of me had been screaming for ice cream or even a Klondike Bar this place could've hooked me up. Fortunately, regardless of what you or your anatomical parts are screaming for, this place is so convenient for those passing through Kennewick that the screaming will soon stop. It's a quick and easy left (in a dedicated left turn lane) off of 395. Yay! No driving around some unfamiliar town peering out the window for a sign while either (a) practicing what you think may be Lamaze breathing so as to delay wetting your pants, (b) keeping the car in neutral as much as possible in a vain attempt to not run out of gas AGAIN, or (c) eating the fuzz/gravel/dog hair covered M&M you found under the seat in order to delay full blown hypoglycemia. Other than ice cream, this service station really does offer full service --- a fantastic assortment of snacks (of both the pre-New Year's resolution and post-New Year's resolution types), fabulous road trip attire of the hat and bandana variety, a well lit area to fill your car's tank AND a large, relatively clean restroom with a fully functioning and sturdy lock. That lock is a really good thing because the door opens up directly facing the front counter. Forget to lock it and you'll be giving the clerks something to scream about.
