Just went here the other day, i have been going to this same Chevron since i first got my license, more than ten years now, every time i come to Kennewick now i make a point to only go to this one. It is the cleanest, and the best gas for your car! And the girls bathroom i know for sure is always so clean! Five stars read more

We have been stopping at this station for years as we travel to and from Spokane. Thus past Thursday night 6/15 we made our usual stop at about 10pm. Gassed up our rig went in to use the restroom and pay snacks. The cashier didn't even acknowledge us so I spoke up asking to if a key was still needed for the restrooms she finally looked up from her phone and said they're closed! I said well you're still open and we're cash paying customers so we need to use the restroom and She refused! I asked for her name and manager's name and number. She stated she can't give me that it's policy. Such bullshit ! Never going there again. read more

Greedy. Don't let you use the bathroom. Staff were rude, try to guilt you into buying something if you want to piss, even if you're buying gas. read more

I went to get high quality fuel in my truck as always, at #24, in Kennewick, WA, and I used the pump credit card apparatus, rather than my typical walk in and pay routine. That was 3 days ago, there's STILL a $100 hold on my $36 gasoline purchase, next time, I am taking my handicapped ass inside! read more

I can't believe I'm reviewing a gas station, but there's a benevolent reason for it: I'm trying to save you some money. This is the single most expensive fuel stop in Tri-Cities, consistently. And it's not close. Typically, their price for regular runs 5-6 cents per gallon above anyone else. There was a brief period last week when their price was 11-12 cents higher than stations in Pasco. The Safeway 1/4 mile to to the west is usually 10+ cents cheaper. I can't explain why their price is so high. In addition to their high priced fuel, the station is at an odd intersection, giving it a triangular parking lot that's frequently difficult to manuever into/through/out of. That's not the current management's fault, but I have nobody else to blame. The convenience store earns the place a second star, it's well stocked and generally clean, the help is usually friendly and efficient. And, it's frequently visited by Kennewick PD and WA State Patrol officers on break....it's not uncommon to see 3-4 of them sitting at the postage-stamp sized "picnic" area next to the building...so if you really need a cop, this is where they are. But...most people don't stop at Chevron for the C-store, so based on their outrageous gas prices, they get downgraded. read more

Worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life, the tenant was not even in the store, was very rude, would not let us get a key to the bathroom without filling up our gas tank (which we were planning on doing after using the bathroom). wouldn't even give us a receipt for gas. read more

If you are looking for a spotless store with clean bathrooms...this one is for you! Quality gasoline (there is a difference) - don't you want your car to run right? If I could give less than one star I would. This gas station has the worst price for gas, the worst parking lot to maneuver (almost impossible to not hit either another vehicle at the front pumps or a pump itself), the biggest issue are the owners. The employees are very polite and nice however the owner is incredibly rude. He is chauvinistic, disrespectful, and has absolutely no disregard for his customers unless they are police officers or male. He is a terrible businessman and a scam artist. If you are running low on gas drive 2 blocks up and go to Safeway. Not only is the gas cheaper there but you'll get way better treatment as a customer. This place isn't even worth stopping at for a pack of gum or using the "clean" restrooms. Honestly, if I could stand outside and warn people not to come here, I would! read more
