Here's a newsflash, Winco: you can't stay in business until you begin taking money efficiently from customers. I think you're gonna need to pay those 19 employees you have stocking and emptying the trucks...But you're gonna have to SELL that stuff that was on the trucks, and you're not gonna be selling it to anymore. I can't risk my life getting my food home after it has thawed and has poison. Your low prices don't mean anything if I can't check out in a timely fashion. You're bringing it in, and you're putting it on the shelves, but you aren't taking money efficiently. That's just plain stupid. THIS IS N O T how to run a business.

I finally stopped here to check it out the other day. There is free wifi here too. Yay! I discovered they carry more variety of Beecher's cheese here than the Haggen over in Fairhaven. So double yay! I bought my favorite smoked flagship cheese and the hatch Jack (a spicy cheese with pepper). You can also find toffee and chocolate from Gig Harbor Candy as well as Van Leeuwen ice cream from NYC. Staff is friendly and will ask if you need help in finding stuff. Plenty of parking at the lot out front.

In the Past it had been cumbersome or irradict,even can be nerveracking Patience I'm told is a virtue but if you have a line leading out of the store and around the corner is and was not a good thing. They are okay at what they've done in the past tense is exactly that past tense Today when I got there before there lunch break be mindful that the pharmacist need to take a break for at least a half hour in which is normal in the State of Wa. and with the amount of customers they have or the volume of customers that need whatever they need to fill is enormous. In any given day they will make sure you get your prescriptions filled when they are ready,you should get a text message or email when you should or could be able to pick your scripts up,the date,time,hour.Do call before you leave your home and ask if its ready so,you don't want to wait! In any event the Pharmacist that work there has been much much more efficient in that they will fill your prescription or other at the time they text or email you . Note that you should give them there windows of time to make your purchase in a timely fashion to get what you need. In which is again best when you get the text or email for you and it is ready no hassle,no long lines just in and out. The people that you should ask for that are extremely efficient are Tim,Kim,Lauren,Basil and Harppreet. My experience with these folks is awesome. Yesterday I recieved a text message from the Pharmacy stating my prescription is ready ,so today they went out of there way to fill my prescription in about 5 Minutes flat. I did show my text message to let them know they sent it and they gave me my prescription readily. I was only there for 5 minutes flat,in and out! Due to the true fact they are definitely improving there performance,customer service,knowledge of your prescription due date and any adjustment let them know. They have all your information in there computer system so don't worry don't panic just read your text messages from them,call them first,then you will get your prescriptions without a wait or behind. We did buy an old fashioned glazed donut, and a maple bar. The donut was the worst bakery donut we've had, it might as well have come out of a Franz box, and the maple bar was just okay, and was probably laying around for a couple of days. The Haggen bakery down the road has Fred Meyer beat by miles. This Fred Meyer also did not have nearly enough checkers to handle the Saturday morning crowd, and it took forever to get checked out.
