I reached out to Team Forss to see if selling the house would be worth it since the reverse mortgage loan was so high. Ultimately we chose not to sell because we didn't have a lot of breathing room with the reverse mortgage being so much. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and if I or a family member ever need to sell a house she's the first one I'm reaching out to.

She was very attentive and always available to talk when we had questions. She helped us get a competitive offer in on our dream home the same day we viewed it, even staying up late with us to make sure we got it in as quickly as possible. We appreciated Michelle's honesty and transparency, giving us honest feedback about our offer strategy and what to expect throughout the process. She explained things clearly in a way that made it easy to understand for a couple people with no experience in real estate. She was also instrumental in getting us help with lenders, home inspections, and final negotiations in escrow. All in all, we can't can't say enough good things about our experience with Michelle. And we certainly wouldn't have landed our home without her!

We were able to get our 4th offer accepted, in this crazy market! Throughout the escrow process, they were really easy to reach and always willing to explain everything. We lived with 90F+ heat inside the home for a month last summer. There are exposed walls in the garage and my son's room. She's just awful and we're looking for a new place now because I'm sure they will raise the rent and continue with the poor service and even worse attitude.
