Tom Bashe is the absolute best at what he does in my opinion…read more We bought and sold my first home with Tom and have had several successful real estate transactions since. You cannot substitute the experience and aptitude this gentleman has. His experience has been apparent in every purchase we have done with him. Small things you may not think of that may be important to your purchase in the long term. His knowledge of the process and what should be done and when. (For us he's found other parties process mistakes and corrected them to help close a deal) His attention to detail. His patience. His connections with service providers. The way he communicates. We truly can't be happier and grateful enough for all the guidance and help we have received from him when buying and selling our first home, to helping us get into our dream home. IMO you want to work with someone who is intelligent, kind, patient, and can truly guide you through each step for what can be a challenging process. For us that person is 100%, Tom Bashe.

He had a book like binder with our home in it and then all the comps and info I needed to help me make an informed decision on listing price. Other realtors just shoot them out in an email but Tom had made this very professional binder like book for us!!! Right there said a lot!!! Second of all he cared what we wanted to make in our pocket not just selling it and not caring what we got. From that day forward Tom said he would show us offers that came in but he held out caring for my sister and I first, and made sure that what he sold it for would make what we wanted DOWN to the final dollar in our pocket. That's honesty right there. I was blown away! He was always free to talk to and text with. He answered in minutes. I never had to wait for him. Everything he told us was honest!!!!! He never changed anything up or twisted information it was honest down to the last document. Nothing he ever said was different from what was promised. Our transaction was smooth he did all docs online and if we wanted to we could come in to the office too! I would HIGHLY recommend Tom as a realtor if u want an HONEST realtor down to the penny!!!! I was stressed Mom just died, Tom was compassionate with us and made this STRESS free selling moms home. I haven't had a business dealing like this in years. Tom you are to be commended. Thank you for all you did for us. Thank you is not enough, Sharon Ellis

Dear Prospective Homeowners:…read more It is our immense pleasure to recommend Kim Buckingham as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We were in the process of downsizing and looking to move to a 55+ community in the Southwestern Riverside Area. We had selected one community and Kim showed us a few homes but could sense we did not particularly care for the community. Rather than wasting time looking further she suggested another community in a neighboring city and scheduled a tour of several homes on a different date that met all of our needs. From our initial meeting I was impressed how well Kim noted everything we wanted and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. She is highly talented and did not waste our time with homes that were not in line with our needs. A master with the contract negotiations, Kim came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. She knows Southwest Riverside County like the back of her hand. There is nothing that escapes Kim's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. We found Kim to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She always answers her phone calls and provides texts and emails within hours. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Most importantly to me, she is always on time and never forgets any detail. We are pleased to recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is hands down the best in the business in our opinion and if we ever need to move again she will be our first choice in real estate agents. For those who don't know, buying and selling a home is probably one of the most stressful things you can ever go through. On top of that, I was moving into a brand new city, starting a new job, and pulling my kids away from their friends/school/ and everything they knew. Russ honestly treated my situation as though it was for his own family. He went above and beyond by educating me on the best neighborhoods with the best schools for my kids, while still having a short commute to my new job. I fell absolutely in love with a house and he stopped at nothing for me to get it. We actually ended up in a bidding war for it, but came out on top thanks to his amazing negotiating abilities. He was so patient with me, especially when I became impatient (which was a lot!). Nothing can prepare you for the rollercoaster of emotions that you go through in this situation, but Russ made sure the process was as stress-free and easy as possible. I'm so grateful for how everything has turned out for my family. We are thrilled with our new home and my kids could not be happier - which shows just how successful this experience has been! THANK YOU Russ, from the bottom of my heart!!!
