First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

No one to seat us, no one behind the bar, no one serving other tables. We stood there for a moment before seating ourselves, but when ten minutes later no one had emerged to give us a menu or really anything at all, we just left. Clearly someone was working there, as some of the other folks there had food, but it didn't feel appropriate to barge into the kitchen area to demand service. One shouldn't have to demand service at all, in my opinion. That this happened in regular lunch hours on a Saturday indicates a staffing issue, and I'd expected better from a place that is so highly rated.
