On our last trip I was looking for something fun for a couple of 11 year old boys to do on a cold day and found this place online. It was super clean, well organized and lots of fun. I think 11 years old was probably the top end of the age range unless you were doing laser tag or virtual golf but we had fun. Like I said I have been to a ton of these places over 15 years and was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this one!

I was told to stop and can not hold my daughters (Who is special needs) hand to assist her to jump. Literally jumping an inch or two off the ground. I get their are rules, and you are not going to catch everyone but, others were doing the same and even pointed out by one of the owners while we were talking yet said absolutely nothing to them?? We have never felt she was not welcomed at a place until we tried to celebrate her bday at Quake. Such a sickening feeling as parents. We never had this issue at Max Air. I'm just glad she doesn't have the understanding to know what happened, to feel unwanted so she could still attempt to enjoy her bday.. Again needed to add this edit due to the lies of this company. First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

Often, I use a cane to assist me when walking, but I didn't have the need when I went to the game. The concessions were on the first level, and the steps to your seats, whether up or down, weren't narrow. Also, there is plenty of parking for only $5, and it's credit card only, which is typical after the pandemic. Most importantly, if you need a ticket, you just walk up to the window. As I mentioned in the other write-up, I am Deaf. When I went to the ticket window, I didn't expect the ticket agent to know American Sign Language (ASL), and I said, "I am Deaf. I need one ticket for tonight's game." Without hesitation, the ticket agent pulled out his phone and started typing. Within a few seconds, he pressed his phone against the window. It read, "Not a problem. Don't worry, I've got you." He made the experience easy for me, and I thanked him profusely. I wish I had taken the time to get his name. Overall, the ballpark is wonderful for a game -zero complaints from me.

1.- Very disappointed to say the least. Stadium is not friendly for people who want to walk there…read moreand not drive a car. Fenced in in a way that only if you drive and if you park close to the door you can get there quickly. 2.- I came with my parents and they have strict food restrictions because of their age. They can't have any seed or inflammatory oils and processed food. Usually at any stadium around this country, we carry a small sandwich bag with their curated snacks. This is the only stadium where they didn't allow us to bring their special food in. Even Yankee stadium allows that. Common sense should prevail. We drove from seattle to this stadium to watch the game, of course saving money and not buying snacks inside the stadium was not our goal. 3.- We sat right behind the VIP section on the visitor's side. It should actually be called the beer garden. It smelled like we were sitting at a bar. Even with that, no problem, these are adults drinking. They don't watch the game, they have full on hours of conversations with their drinking peers. We were so distracted by their noise and lack of interest in the game. Okay even then, they are adults, we are all adults consenting to be at that place. This is the problem, lots of little kids placed in this "VIP" section. Running around and participating in what is close to a bar setting. Truly disgusting, adults are having adult conversations and drinking lots of alcohol and the kids are subject to be in this environment, there is a reason why kids are not allowed in bars. We go to a lot of stadiums and love baseball. I don't plan on coming back. The baseball spirit is definitely not there. I feel so sorry for the kids that grow up around this kind of environment and this kind of people. Before I forget, they have lots of rules and lots of regulations. Kids can't touch the rails seems like it. Plenty of people with their red polo shirts, not taking care of the kids or the people, mostly just taking care of the stadium to not get sued. Because if they really cared about anything else. They would stop the disgusting picture of little kids being in an enclosed place that stinks like alcohol and carries on as a bar. Don't go there if you can avoid it.

FOOD AND DRINK SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING. One bar ran by one person for drinks. the line was consist so long it was backed up to the tables. ALL NIGHT!! FOOD: To get a hot dog or hamburger, you first stood in the " Roman" line. 1 table , 2 people, for everyone present!! My wait was 20 minutes. Then you move to yet another line to order your food. ONE COOK, ONE SERVER, ONE GRILL!! INSANE. 15 minute wait tin line to order 2 cheeseburgers, then another line for pick up. 31 minutes wait and I finally interupted the Server to ask how long before they got to us and she couldn't find out tickets so she handed me the next cheeseburger and said there ya go. I told her my daughter's order was with mine. She couldn't find the ticket and at this point the grill was bare. I'm beyond frustrated. Now it's an additional 5 minutes to get her burger. It was catered by Emerald of Siam. 2 workers for hundreds of people. Honestly it's been like this for years. Why cant you add another bar and another food spot? Look at the money you're losing and I can tell you my whole table alone all said next time they would eat dinner before going to the concert. I can think of 20 ways to improve that problem, and it is a huge problem. Please work on improving food and drink service. Yiu have plenty of room to add additional stations and help!!

Its an annual staple of the Tri-Cities - and one of the very few specifically in Richland. It's claim to fame rests neatly in its consistancy, affordability, fun and frivolity. Cheaper than a fair with all the benefits and more. The youngin's (and following adults) will get hours of entertainment from the parlor games like Scat Cat (shoes thrown at wooden cats on a fence line for a prize) and the Pop Toss (Mason Jar ring toss onto bottle necks to win a warm soda) and the wide variety of delicious, inexpensive grub. For the somewhat older kiddos, there is a middle school and high school dance and an appropriate level of adolescent walk-abouts, and some games geared to their skill levels. For the adults - an indoor and an outdoor beer garden allow for some elbow rubbing and enjoyment (the indoor garden has sausages available and stage entertainment). My recommendation: get a Bierock. Get a Sausage with Kraut. Get a Frito Bandito (Taco Salad). Get an ear of corn. Have a beer. Play some games and win some plastic toys. Watch a few of the stage shows.
