It's very upsetting to see how far the business of Frantoni's has come. me and my family come into Frantoni's and eat every so often and get table service as a waitress-or waiter serves us a delicious dinner. However, I came across something extremely disturbing while enjoying my dinner as I was eating with my family. I noticed the young manager Alex with the tattoos who always serves me when I just come in and get slices of pizza and other food. He slapped the behind of a waitress right in the middle of the dining room . Now not only is that not acceptable, it is happening in the workplace. but this waitress looked extremely young, maybe even in high school still because I know that there are high and college kids working at the restaurant. it's very unfortunate this happened right in front of me. If I saw this review on yelp I wouldn't believe my eyes because of how long I've been here and enjoying food each time. something needs to be done. I was extremely uncomfortable as a woman watching that happen as I'm sitting across from my daughter and son. Thankfully my kids didn't see that disgusting manner. read more

This isn't my first review of Frantoni's Pizza. My family and I have eaten there or ordered take out many times. I was only disappointed once. All of the other times the food has been great. This review is more about the Family Meal Deal Frantoni's is offering now. We ordered Chicken Parmigiana, Rigatoni with Broccoli in a Oil and garlic sauce and the house salad. The text I got with the offer said it will feed a family of 4. That was an understatement. I truly didn't expect the amount of food we got. I even asked for extra bread just in case it wasn't enough. In addition to the food being great the amount of food fed 4 adults with plenty of leftovers. Thank you Mike and company. read more

My poor rating is more geared to the dining room. Over the past number of years, we've always had a problem. The only reason we returned is to please my elderly parents. Last night was the last straw for me. As a table of 4, we had a chicken parm hero, chicken Caesar salad, soup, and 2 slices. Granted.. not a large order. When presented the bill, I inquired to the waiter why he charged us a different price that was posted on their menu. ( pointed in black and white). His response was that "prices were subject to change", but of course that was not written anywhere on their menu. And... we were lucky he didn't charge us the sharing charge! Wrong answer! The arrogance alone was rude and insulting. When I brought this incident to the pizzeria manager, he offered no apologies or explanation. read more

I ordered a Sicilian Pizza (which costs $18 and change). It tasted good. However, it did not have nearly enough cheese on it. I have posted a photo for you to see. No, there was no additional cheese underneath that sauce. The only cheese was on top of the pizza which you can visibly see (there wasn't much). Again, it did taste good though. read more

Frantoni's Pizza - This is the Sicilian Pizza.  It did not have enough cheese on it.  No, there was no additional cheese underneath the sauce. - Pizza Near Me - East Meadow, New York

We came in for dinner on night an really enjoyed everything. My husband ordered a seafood fra diavolo pasta, a great value, he loved it. The sauce was well made which seems basic but is often not well done. I ordered the muscle app as my entree extra extra spicy. The cook did a great job of getting the right amount of spice without overwhelming the flavor of the sauce. The waitress was a very pretty young lady and was wonderfully patient with us when we came in not knowing what we wanted. We have been back a few times for pizza. The pizza is excellent. The specialty slices are the best. They serve a buffalo chicken salad that I loved. Unfortunately because it is packed with high school kids during the week we cannot stand sitting in there so we go to Lia's down the block. read more

Called in an order for delivery. The woman taking the order over the phone was rude and curt. Order arrived late and my wife's dinner was missing. All food was cold. Called back (only to ask about the missing dinner) and they said they would bring the missing dinner immediately. 40 minutes later they bring my wife's dinner. Delivery guy rings my bell, shoves the bag through the door, (despite all of this I politely say thank you), he gives me a dirty look and says nothing and walks away. Ps the food was way over priced. $82 for late, missing, cold food (2 heroes, 1 pasta dish, and a child's pasta and butter) and bad and rude service. read more

My coworker had a lunch special flyer that a previous delivery guy had left . None of us in my group had ever ate here before but we couldn't pass up on trying the cauliflower crust pizza . They were delicious! All 6 of us had our own personal pies and everyone said they couldn't believe they were eating cauliflower ! Will definitely order again. read more

Overall it's decent Long Island pizza fare. Their super thin crust pizza is amazing; although it's only amazing item that I can brag about. Seriously, try it. I've been buying from this establishment since it was Pizza Kings when we first moved to East Meadow in 2001. I've eaten inside and had hundreds of deliveries over the years. Today when I called back to ask them to send some grated cheese with my soup that I ordered online, they told me they would have to charge me. This was seriously wrong on so many levels. If I was there eating in, I would not be asked to pay for the grated cheese that would be brought to the table. It's a condiment. I didn't ask for half a dozen souffle cups. I asked for one. I have paid their ridiculous price for grated cheese many times because they took away the option to comment on online orders, and I prefer to order online. After all this time, I hope that $1.00+tax was important enough to distant a long time customer. It was just rude, unnecessary and cheap. I didn't even comment at the amount of times the delivery person forgot the soda, or they put the calzone in the deep fryer and the crust was inedible, because no business is perfect and you take the little annoyances if the quality is overall okay. I'll probably order at some point again since there's no many choices for delivery here. I'll never step foot inside and I won't order as often as I used to. I hope it was worth it for them. read more

Sadly I don't go here as often as I used to. One guy in particular stands out. Not the friendliest, big guy, not heavy just a big guy. I had to go here last week for a personal pan pizza thin slices. Someone's birthday and she wanted thin. Rest of my co workers wanted elsewhere. I'm going to say for the most part your food is pretty good. But lately, I had the Grilled Chicken Caesar slice and the lettuce was soggy. The rice ball was not good and my baked ziti was burnt but once I did get past the burnt part it was good inside. Just this one guy stands out for me and he has rung me up twice. Doesn't really greet you, doesn't tell you to have a nice day, no thank you, no nothing. We as consumers look for great customer service along with great food. If we can get both we struck gold. Sometimes we don't. But if this guy maybe tried being nice I may have continued to get food from here. I think he was more interested in looking at his phone. That was the last time I was there. Last Thursday. Me and my co workers actually go to Borrelli's or Mille Grazie. This guy just gives off bad vibes. read more

I used to love them bc of their small $3.50 chicken sandwich until I realized everywhere charges that for half of a sandwich... anyway, their food quality has declined since I worked across the street and the people are rude. please skim through the reviews bc everyone agrees. I just wish their pizza was good enough for them to be ripping the entire east meadow community off and charging $2.75 for a plain slice. not bad, not worth $2.75. go to Angelo's on east meadow ave, a community favorite here. btw they have a mac and cheese slice, the mac and cheese looks absolutely dry and horrendous. do better guys! you used to be good read more

Pizza is great, Ala mike sauce has been my favorite since forever!!! Ordered buffalo wings today.....Not happy. What's up with that sauce?

I got the gluten free chicken parmigiana. It was cut very thin that you didn't need a knife. I had to ask if it was actually gf because it tasted that good like before I had to go gluten free. I will definitely be coming back. read more

I agree with Dave. Frantoni's does not take the discounts that are still being sold on restaurant.com. No ifs and or buts. They are listed on the site and get the free press and people in the door -- but once you arrive, they will not honor it and you're stuck with a really expensive bill. The manager confronted us and would not budge, only offering 10% off ... thus they got us in the door, told us they didn't accept the offer after we ordered, and made an extra $20. Not cool, not cool at all. The food itself is average to good. Seems very overpriced for the portion size yet wait staff was pretty good. The decor in the place is really nice -- classy for a Long Island pizza joint. Pizza is pretty good and that is what keeps them at 2 stars, not 1 for being scam artists in my view. To be fair and complete -- the manager claims she has asked to be delisted from the site and in her words what they are doing is crazy. Yet, she lied about what they stopped taking the discount so I'm hesitant. read more

Absolutely excellent gluten free pizza (I have a gluten intolerance). They have so many options for me to choose from and I have never gotten sick from cross-contamination. Believe it or not, called ordered spaghetti because la Quinta Inn doesn't have restaurant service. So they say order will arrive in 40 minutes, order arrives after an hour and they dint send napkins or forks. Well I call them in order for them to call their driver, thinking the guy forgot the girl on the lines tells me if I wanted forks I had to ask for them. Hey I had told you I'm at a hotel without dinner service, I'm not home so I have no forks. what am I suppose to eat with. She thorns says if you wait 20 minutes I'll send you forks. -another 20 minutes, girl are you for real? Spaghetti arrives but weren't what I expected. I was able to eat thanks to a nice young man that works at Ls Quinta inn that gave me napkins, forks, and even the plates ( they do serve breakfast). Good service from the Hotel but lousy from Frantoni read more

Holy Crap, the Lasagna Slice is better than my mothers lasagna! and my mother's lasagna is better than your moms lasagna, so go try it!

This was the location of the famous Pizza King in EM. They had big slices and amazing food at great prices. The house pie slice size is 60% of the size of other local places.. a constant disappoint. read more

Frantoni's has become my go to place for the family specials. I've had the chicken parm, penne alla vodka, shrimp parm, rigatoni with broccoli and garlic and Caesar salad & each one is delicious and enough for 2 days for my family of 5. Online ordering makes it so easy to order, I can keep tracking my order until it's ready for pick up and the food is always ready the time they say it will be ready. Bought 2 pies there today. Both were burned on the bottom. Not going there again. Ridiculous.
