Was a good place for a long time, now has let things go and it's run like a slumlord. Hour late on…read moredelivery, food looked like hot trash, so it went right there, the trash. When asked for a refund, they wanted the food back. I give them a year unless they clean things up.

This place is pathetic. Below average food, and utterly atrocious, actually hostile, service. We…read moreate there twice in person because our son is obsessed with boneless wings, and they offer them. Both times, different waiters insisted on taking our order without writing it down. Naturally, both times, the food was wrong. The second time, we even said before ordering that last time the order was taken without writing it down, it was wrong. The waiter brushed it off and insisted on not writing it down. Then when we called them out on the fact that it was wrong, again, not happy since we had taken steps to ask them to ensure it wouldn't be wrong by writing it down, the manager (I presume) came over and chastised us for being hostile. While we weren't happy or pleasant, hostile was a laughable exaggeration. The only thing I can say is they did take the specific meal off the ticket that was wrong, which they did not do the first time, but that time we had not made an issue beyond a simple report that it wasn't what was ordered, which should have been more than enough to comp it. At that point, my wife and I had decided we would never eat there again, even though our son still wanted to. Then they even upped their game of incompetence and aggression. Our son placed a delivery order--first time he ordered since the incident described above--to his campus residence hall. The next thing he gets is a cryptic text saying the food was left at the garage. Confused, he asked us about it, and I told him he would have to call the driver and find out what happened because there is no garage at his campus residence hall. Apparently after not being able to communicate with the driver effectively due to language barriers, my wife called the restaurant to explain the problem. The restaurant repeatedly insisted the food had been delivered, despite the glaringly obvious explanation that they delivered it to the wrong address. While asking them to re-prepare the meal and deliver it to the correct address, they hung up mid-sentence. Charitably, my wife assumed it was a disconnect and called back. This time, they became aggressive, insisting that because the food was delivered to some unknown party the situation was "out of their hands". There would be no new order. There would be no refund. And once again, they hung up mid-sentence, this time leaving no doubt. This place needs to clean house, fire everyone who's currently there and has been corrupted with foolish policies, like refusing to write down orders, and then responding with acrimony when the inevitable complaints come in from their incompetence. Or maybe the fish rots from the head, and the owners set the tone, in which case there is no hope of correcting their complete failure at managing a business founded in customer service. Now we will refuse to allow our son to eat there, and this time given he's been left at nearly 8pm with nothing to eat, he's probably just fine with that.

My husband went with the meat lover's pizza. While he was happy with his pizza, I was absolutely blown away by my pasta. Everything about it was perfect -- from the texture of the pasta to the richness of the sauce. It was incredibly satisfying and easily the best thing I ate all trip. We loved it so much that we came back a second time before heading home and ordered another one to-go for our daughter (yes, it survived the 2-hour drive!). The staff was kind and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and well kept. This spot has officially made it to the top of my list for future visits.

Service wasn't bad it just felt like we were a burden to her. It was just a pure off feeling nothing I'd deem harmful but the feeling was there. Calamari was good, overall a 3.5/5. Crispy and soft, not chewy. Breaded Mushrooms were a miss, but could be someone's favorite if you don't mind textures. 3/5 Gnocchi, ravioli, chicken salad were all really good, 4/5 The cheesesteak was meh, meat was too dry. 3/5 The cheesecake was still frozen in the middle but it was shared between 3 of us and it was still a good plain cheesecake 4/5 Son's tiramisu was a 5/5, he really loved it and our waitress was sweet enough to write happy birthday on his plate even though we didn't ask.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was fast and the driver friendly. The portions were the same huge size as dining in. The food arrived piping hot and well-packaged. I had the Seafood Romano --Shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari and scallops sautéed with garlic and olive oil in a slightly spicy marinara sauce over linguine. The marinara sauce was delicious and really added to the dish. The dish was packed with mussels and so yummy. The only "negative" is the calamari was a bit "rubbery." I did not care for the garlic bread. My room was well-decorated and seating comfortable. We hope to dine-in for our next visit.

The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was very watery. Portions are large so I was able to cook the leftover chicken Marsala in a pan for a little longer to thicken up the sauce. The taste was better, but was still pretty bland. The garlic bread was soft and (in my opinion) underheated--the garlic butter side was not crispy. Overall it was okay, we might give it another chance next time we're down at Massanutten.
