She explained what each intake form I needed to sign was for!! My eval was done by Kerry. Kerry was very compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. My knee responded well to day one of PT - I already felt less pain in my knee. So day two I go in and the same receptionist greets me by name when I walk in (excellent customer service tactic), I pay my co-pay and immediately get started - NO WAIT TIME!! So day two I work with Austin. Austin read my records and immediately made me feel comfortable by asking about an exciting topic I had with Kerry the day before. Wowzers, their service level is a 10/10!! Austin is a great conversationalist and I love that it's not just a one-sided convo. He was very patient, compassionate and empathetic. I highly recommend Life Bridge Health PT for all your PT needs. You never feel like a number. Everyone there is super helpful to one another and each patient. They have not been crowded and they push you just enough to help you get to the next level. What a joy it's been to work with this team. I'd almost call it "fun"!

    Do not use this office if you value your health or wallet. The therapist refused to listen to me…read moreand my issues. She insisted I had "back problems" when my complaints were hamstring related. I had to return to my doctor to get proof there was nothing wrong with my back. By that time I had paid for a number of visits, spent time on exercises I did not need, and delayed valuable treatment. She also insisted one of my legs was shorter and had me wear a shoe insert. This caused a great deal of pain and exacerbated the real issue, which I only found when I went to a knowledgeable therapist. One hip was rotated forward and causing FUNCTIONAL leg length discrepancy, not structural. A qualified physical therapist should know the difference. This borders on malpractice in my mind. Years later, my husband unknowingly selected the same office. He paid a co-pay the first visit, Then, the billing agent told him that between his primary and secondary insurance carriers, no co-pays were due. He would have willingly paid his portion at time of service if he had known. Months later he received bills for back co-pays due. After hours, literally hours, trying to understand their billing and insurance payments, I we received a letter in which the billing agent acknowledged there was a difference between what they said he owed and what the real co-pays were. This was after I found two instances where the office kept insurance carrier over-payments. And they did nothing to help his physical issue.
