My knee responded well to day one of PT - I already felt less pain in my knee. So day two I go in and the same receptionist greets me by name when I walk in (excellent customer service tactic), I pay my co-pay and immediately get started - NO WAIT TIME!! So day two I work with Austin. Austin read my records and immediately made me feel comfortable by asking about an exciting topic I had with Kerry the day before. Wowzers, their service level is a 10/10!! Austin is a great conversationalist and I love that it's not just a one-sided convo. He was very patient, compassionate and empathetic.
