I work primarily with JC, who has been great at explaining the purpose behind everything- exercises, massage therapy, etc. Nancy and the other technicians are excellent too! Every time you walk in, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Honestly, the very first time I called to make an appointment I was impressed- not sure who I talked to, but she was absurdly nice (unusual for many doctors office receptionists I've dealt with), and SUPER flexible working to try to find appointments to fit my busy work schedule. I can't say enough about the awesome people here, and bonus- my headaches are far less frequent now!

Also the dry needling sounds weird, but it made a huge difference quickly in my most tense problematic muscles -so the therapist could then get in and really work them. So I would do it if advised. Over the course of a number of months, they worked with me to develop my core to relieve the pressure on my spine. In the end, not only was that issue fully resolved, they also helped with other issues: shoulder pain I had been ignoring for years, correcting a problem with my gait, general flexibility when getting up off the floor and with overall strength. This will allow me to resume my daily walking schedule and twice weekly gym visits. And I will certainly keep up and extend this exercise program at home. (Diet and exercise were two key goals when I retired a couple of years ago from a sedentary job, but pain was putting the exercise plans at risk.) I especially found it helpful that I was able to work with multiple physical therapists over the course of treatment, each contributing their best ideas based on their training and background.
