My left arm had shooting pain from the pinched nerves and I lost feeling in 3 of my fingers. I couldn't lay or sit and paced my house for 23 hours occasionally resting in the corners of my living room. After 7 days, 2 "passing-out's" from the pain, 4 ER trips (1 by Ambulance) and 4 dismissive "Doctors" who told me to go home and "relax," (1 prescribed 6 Valiums and a 5 day treatment of steroids) my neighbor found me collapsed on my front porch. He recommended seeking help from Dr. Rob. On the first visit I came ready to do battle thinking I had to convince yet another person of my level of pain, but he simply let me tell my story uninterrupted for 40 minutes and said "I understand." Those 2 words changed my life. Within 4 sessions the swelling has reduced, the pain is now occasional, I am able to lift my head and have regained feeling in 2 of my fingers. He used a combination of dry needling and myofascial release and taught me how to breathe. His home exercises have meaning and he explains everything. He was the first person to listen with the intent to understand, help and cure. I am continuing treatment and each session produces extraordinary results. He is a healer.

It's easy to schedule appointments as Joshua is who will be answering the phone! He will schedule out a week or two so you can get your preferred time for those of us who need 6 weeks of therapy. I started going in the spring of 2020 for my right knee just when COVID was raging, and I was relieved he only treats one person at a time. After 6 weeks he determined I wasn't making progress like he expected, and referred me to a great surgeon. Who fixed my torn meniscus. Now, two years later I am back for my left knee! Joshua is a great listener and has many years of experience. His office is convenient and has parking.

Honestly, the very first time I called to make an appointment I was impressed- not sure who I talked to, but she was absurdly nice (unusual for many doctors office receptionists I've dealt with), and SUPER flexible working to try to find appointments to fit my busy work schedule. I can't say enough about the awesome people here, and bonus- my headaches are far less frequent now!

Too much time on the pickleball court took me to Dr. Robert Riederman and how lucky am I!!! After…read morealmost 2 months of a swelled knee and little activity, Dr. Riederman was able to pinpoint the problem. I'm always scared to death of needles and Dr. Riederman felt like a cortisone shot was in order . . . , and the best part is that he was finished before I even realized it!!! I was waiting for the "big miserable needle" and lots of pain, only to find that Dr. R's skillful hands had gotten in and out without a blink of an eye. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. this morning. It is now 4:30 p.m. the same day and I've been able to walk up and down my stairs, bend my knee more easily, and I didn't limp to the kitchen. That's just 8 hours later. I'm looking forward to resuming my regular pickleball schedule next week and it wouldn't have happened without Dr. Riederman!!! I know Dr. Riederman is a well respected Orthopedic Surgeon in our area, and I sure am thankful he sits in our backyard. Oh, and as a caveat to my success story, . . . about 27 years ago Dr. Riederman fixed my husband's shoulder. His shoulder is still in great shape today and that is truly a testament to the skill and experience this fine physician brings to the table. I felt so at ease during my appointment and Dr. R definitely did everything to accommodate a productive, and helpful appointment. All I can say is - - this man is the "A Team". You won't find any better no matter where you look!

I'm talking ankle sprains, ankle bruises, broken toe, injured wrist, injured fingers, acl surgery, lower back pain, etc. I love that the specialists, PA-C's, and physical therapists are all so nice. They're all knowledgeable and kind and have great bedside manners. The location is great. This location isn't even my closest office, but I love the gorge Quarry Lake views. The waiting room, patient rooms, and bathroom are always super clean. Most recently, I visited w my ggggf, and I loved the way they tended to her and made her feel comfy about an uncomfortable injury. Although I'm not looking forward to another injury, I do wish this business the best and will certainly keep my business there when/ if needed.

Great therapy but office staff lack training and accountability…read more I received excellent care from my therapist, Emily, who was knowledgeable, conscientious and personable, but ultimately, I decided to cut my therapy short due to unsatisfactory customer service and lack of resolution of a billing issue by the billing manager. I did not receive a bill for the first encounter until several visits had passed, when I discovered my insurance only covered $77 of a $220 charge, leaving me an out of pocket charge for the balance of $243, with several followup visits pending insurance. It was only then that my therapist informed me they were out of network for me and that the scheduler should have let me know that upon scheduling. She suggested I speak with the billing manager, indicating that this had happened a few times in the past and that an adjustment might be possible. The billing manager made me speak to her about this personal financial issue through the window in the full waiting room. She offered no adjustment whatsoever and only argued with me that in fact I had been told before scheduling that it would be out of network and at any rate "it's on the papers you signed." I was not upset or confrontational in the least, simply asking for clarification and consideration for an adjustment considering I was not informed of the out of network status upon scheduling. One can only ask, and if the answer is no, no problem. But the billing manager infuriated me by arguing back and forth with me that I was told, I "had to have been told, we tell everyone." I said no I wasn't, and I just wanted to make sure they knew to inform people in the future. All I was looking for was an I'm sorry that happened and we'll be sure to do that in the future, but she continued to argue with me that I had been informed. I said no I wasn't. They talk to dozens of people a day. I talked to them one time. I know I wasn't told, because if I had been, I would not have scheduled. And yes, I am certainly guilty of signing papers without looking at them, but I hardly think that I am the only one who has done that. At that point, a patient is already presenting for their scheduled appointment. Not informing them on the phone and allowing them to schedule an appointment and burying that with other papers to be signed hardly makes them look good. Of course oversights happen and I'm sure that was the case in this instance, but the billing manager took my comment that they really need to make sure they tell every person, every time, personally, and escalated the conversation. I declined at that point to schedule any further appointments. To reiterate, the standard of professional care I received was impeccable. But a little customer service training and accountability for the office staff would not go amiss. Make sure to question them carefully about your insurance reimbursement before scheduling, if that is a concern for you. Otherwise, I recommend therapy here without reservation.
