She treats men and women and specializes in pelvic dysfunction, pelvic pain and pudendal nerve issues. She also works on spine problems. I see her for chronic pelvic pain and pudendal neuralgia and she gets results fast. I used to get discouraged with therapy and quit the exercises becasue it took too long to see any improvement but she combines exercises with manual manipulation of the nerves, etc. to get maximum results quickly. Cyclists!! This is your therapist. I mean it. That saddle numbness may not go away - trust me. She can work with you on that. She's also a triathlete so she knows a lot about body mechanics and that kind of stuff. I highly recommend her because of her skills but she is really easy to talk to as well so you can tell her your physical problems, no matter how embarassing you may think they are.

So while I was getting that mess squared away, I was in constant communication with the admin team who was very understanding and gave me a little extra time rather than sending me to collections. Luckily Tricare was able to provide the payment after some struggle, and I was able to pay my debt before Sykesville PT sent ne to collections.

My knee responded well to day one of PT - I already felt less pain in my knee. So day two I go in and the same receptionist greets me by name when I walk in (excellent customer service tactic), I pay my co-pay and immediately get started - NO WAIT TIME!! So day two I work with Austin. Austin read my records and immediately made me feel comfortable by asking about an exciting topic I had with Kerry the day before. Wowzers, their service level is a 10/10!! Austin is a great conversationalist and I love that it's not just a one-sided convo. He was very patient, compassionate and empathetic. I highly recommend Life Bridge Health PT for all your PT needs. You never feel like a number. Everyone there is super helpful to one another and each patient. They have several locations throughout the state and the Eldersburg location happened to be the closest to my house. The process to schedule an appointment online through their portal was easy. I was able to put in all the pertinent information. They listed several dates and times they had available. One the date of the appointment the check in process was easy. They had a tablet to sign in on and one to fill out all the paperwork. Appointment went well. Doctor Wallace was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. We have a follow up in eight weeks and we'll see how it goes.

Then working with me one-to-one, he modeled different exercises, monitored my progress, and was very encouraging. Throughout my visits, the exercises were differentiated and made more challenging as my condition improved. Sonia and Jack continued to monitor my therapy and again, personalized attention, genuine caring and concern, and a feeling of ongoing support has continued throughout my sessions.
