If she would have did what I asked her to do the very first day to get X-rays she would have seen that I had bones spurs instead of trying to sell me something I did not need or experience the pain that she put me through several times. I had beautiful toenails and feet and my large toenail when it grew out would always come off. She was part of Nova nail at the time. She said it was due to fungus. She made a diagnosed without doing any tests such as x-rays or cultures. I also went through painful laser after 4 painful surgeries. And needed 4 because obviously the first ones failed. If she would have did the X-ray at the beginning she would have seen I had bone spurs. Also if she took a detailed history she know that I do 6 miles a day. Not only is it excruciating pain going through that surgery of removing a nail but the follow up laser and wound care and anesthetics. It was supposed to be guaranteed and then she reneged on it!! The healing and post-op. Left me with ugly deformed toes. I had to go to the people that see joined to try to fix what she did. He removed the bone spurs and then I had another surgery to remove scar tissue on the nail beds. The whole thing is been a horrible experience and for someone that lives in Florida half the time and hates to wear sandals and flip-flops it pisses me off. She had me do everything from using files to send the nail as it was growing out along with steroid creams and ointments and even urea. I never even received an apology. And I had to Drive 3 hours to and from for a year to the second doctor who owned the novanail practice and try to fix what she did.

Therapy was painful at the beginning, but Savleen was always encouraging and so kind and patient. She was comforting through my pain and talked me through some difficult moments. She gave me exercises to do at home on the days I didn't attend PT. Two weeks out from surgery and I have just about regained full mobility and am so grateful for the entire staff. Appointments were easy to make and the girls who work at the front desk were helpful in figuring out an insurance issue and making my frequent appointments. I was able to come to therapy after work, so scheduling was convenient. I can definitely recommend Towson PT.

Their billing department is completely incompetent. They repeatedly billed BCBS with a code that…read morepaid them nothing and tried to collect from me even though every explanation of benefits or explanation of payment clearly states that the patient is not responsible for anything that the insurance company doesn't pay (other than the patient's co-pay.) BCBS and I had many phone calls with them trying to get them to submit the claim with the correct code. They continually use the wrong code and didn't get paid and kept trying to collect the money from me. Eventually, with Blue Cross Blue Shield giving them a special exception so that they could file their form even though it was past the deadline, they were able to collect some money from Blue Cross Blue Shield and I paid my co-pay. My visit was in March 2023, and they didn't get things straight with Blue Cross Blue Shield until July 2025. Here it is August 2026, and I got a notice that they sent me to a collection agency for the entire amount that they tried to bill Blue Cross Blue Shield! I again got Blue Cross Blue Shield on the phone with their billing agent, who says oh no, they pulled it back from collections after they received payment in July 2025. Yet the collection agency took 13 months to find me, since I moved out of state in April 2025. If indeed clinical associates had canceled the collection on me, the collection agency had 13 months to take me off their list yet they didn't. If you receive any bills from this practice, I suggest you look very carefully to make sure that you or your insurance company haven't already paid them.

I would not recommend making an appointment with Dr. Vissing…read more I scheduled and appointment for myself to establish a new primary care physician Dr. Vissing came in, read from the history in my pre-registration form, did a physical, and asked if I had any issues and if I wanted bloodwork. No attempt to establish any type or patient/physician relationship. I described the only issue I have been having, and he prescribed me an anti-depressant because it would also help with my symptoms, although I'm not experiencing any of the symptoms associated with depression. Understandable that medicine can be used for treatment of other things. Totally irresponsible to prescribe me a new medication that is known to have side effects that can alter your brain chemistry and then tell me to schedule a follow-up in ONE YEAR. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the rest of the staff was fantastic

We've been with Clinical Associates since the mid '90's. I like my primary care physicians and the…read moreother specialists I've seen at the site. However, over the last 6 months, I have experienced MANY office communication problems. This is across the board with specialists and primary care physicians. The providers' staff DO NOT return phone calls or respond to messages. I had to physically walk into the back of my primary doctor's office, (without an appointment, and no one at the front desk) to get a referral for PT after calling four times with the request. The nurse was concerned she hadn't gotten the messages, and I showed her my call log to verify the contacts. This is just one example, we have had three other concerning encounters involving cancelled appointments (on their end), records not being forwarded to specialists outside the site, and an inability to schedule or reschedule appointments as no one returns our calls. Primary doctors and nurse practitioners retire or resign and there are no replacements, the existing doctors are stretched thin. We unfortunately, after 30+ years, will be looking for a location.
