With that i developed severe debilitating back pain when i was 18, fast forward to now and the back pain has/had gotten progressively worse, tried everything believe me. I was so desperate for some relief decided to give PT another try and key stick with it. Everyone is masked up during the sessions and all the therapists i have had, have been god sent. They take their time to curate a regiment for the patient, i have been to a bunch of sessions, i also translate exercises when i am away and i cant begin to tell you the marked improvement i have had over the past couple of weeks. I am truly appreciative of all the PT's and staff that have made this possible. Now, i can get back to doing what i always have loved to do stay active without pain. Please check them out for sure. Went to this physical therapy center for some additional help with my spine…read more My first impression was it was small and didn't have much equipment. After speaking to Stephanie my physical therapist I understand exactly what the plan was. She explained what dry needling & what to expect. We started on the bike to warm up, then went back to a private room where another PT came in and did the needling into some muscles that were strong trigger points. Surprisingly the needling was not any more painful than a mosquito ....but wait a few hours and then the severe throbbing ,aching, burning in back and 100x more painful than usual. At this point I have only been to pt 2x due to scheduling problems. And I missed one due to illness. Friendly staff 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Handicap accessible & parking 5/5 I will update my review as sessions progress.

Jeff listened to my concerns and I was feeling better just after two visits. Appointments were always on time and one on one, which was great having no interruptions with other patients. The treatment and exercises have helped tremendously. Also, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough about how much they have helped and will make sure to send referrals there way.

I'm a runner and I was having some issues with my Achilles tendon. Mary and Alexis thoroughly assessed the situation by doing a running analysis, observing me doing various exercises, and taking the time to listen to me describe what was going on. They gave me advice and exercises to improve my running form. After a few weeks of following their advice, there is a noticeable improvement in my running form and my Achilles pain is less frequent. Mary and Alexis were great. I am glad I chose True Sports for physical therapy and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their running form to prevent injury.

Dr. Parezo is a gifted diagnostician, able to locate even the deepest trigger points and hidden knots. He tailors his unique techniques to sooth my shoulder/spine pain. The place, Esterson & Associates Physical Therapy, is heaven on earth- immaculately clean, welcoming, friendly staff, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr. Parezo for any orthopedic or spinal related injuries. He is an expert in designing an effective rehabilitation program, which will gear towards putting you on a path of quick healing and speedy recovery. Dr. Parezo gave me clear instructions on how to properly lift and rotate my shoulder. He also wrote down home exercises to re-gain the full range of motion and reconstruct the injured muscles. The office personel have managed every referral professionally and even guided me through an insurance change in the middle of therapy. The therapists truly care about you as a person and work tirelessly to provide the very best treatment plan for the individual. Their techs are friendly and professional as well. I consider Life Fitness Physical Therapy to be my only choice when I need pt.

I first went to Scott a few years ago when my son could not find relief from neck pain caused from…read morea car accident. He had gone through 12 weeks of physical therapy elsewhere with no success. As a Division I scholarship swimmer starting his freshman year, he was unable to endure practice and he was desperate! Yet he also feared that he would be told he would have to stop swimming for a time period (something that can have a devastating impact on a swimmer's performance). After just one visit with Scott, my son was virtually pain-free...AND...he was NOT told that he had to stay out of the pool as he originally feared!! After the second visit, he was able to swim again without pain for the first time in a long time!! It was INCREDIBLE!! Scott's techniques and methods are very different from typical physical therapy. He doesn't cause pain to relieve pain. He is intentional about every stretch and it really works!!! I had been so mesmerized watching what he had done with my son, that after my own hip surgery I went to him as well. As a very active person, I was concerned as to the best methods to regain the strength and ability to do the things that I love doing. Scott gave me some great exercises and stretches as well as advice as to how to build up slowly. I'm feeling great just 4 months after surgery. It is a longer commute for me to get to Life Strength (and I pass a plethora of PT places on the way there), but I would not go anywhere else!!! Thank you Scott!!

I recently completed shoulder treatment with Scott Heinlein . I cannot say enough about his professionalism, breadth of knowledge, and his patient and very effective work with massage and exercise. He has taught me much about muscles and tendons and joints,how they connect and affect the body. I found myself looking forward to these sessions for the lessons learned and also to simply chat with Scott. Most importantly,the seemingly endless shoulder problem that I have experienced has been effectively treated and I am confident and happy that this problem will not be a permanent issue.
