I had a large section of a very big gum ball tree fall on my roof a few weeks ago during a wind…read morestorm. My insurance agent called Repair Masters and Steve came out on a Wednesday evening. He was very kind and did a great job of calming me down and convincing me that everything would be taken care of. He sent someone out to put tarps over the holes in the roof until the tree could be removed and the roof repaired. He somehow did this in the dark. Then Steve came again to check the tarps over the weekend since rain was predicted. Repair Masters dealt with my insurance company and that went very smoothly. The crew who came to work on the roof were here promptly at 7am and were very professional. They finished what seemed to be a big job in a day and a half and cleaned up when they finished. I would highly recommend Repair Masters and Steve was especially kind and efficient.

I needed a bathroom floor replaced asap. The owner came out the day I called to give an estimate…read more He sent someone out the very next work day. Monday at 7:30 am. I was shocked when the contractor showed up that day and on time. This has never happened with contractors I've hired in the past! I asked him to replace anything he saw that was damaged. He ran into other problems and he took care of them. He was professional, had a great eye for detail, and his work was very neat and sturdy. I was told it would take 1-2 days when I was given the estimate. The job was completed in a day and a half. It looks great! It came in just a little over the estimate due to the extra materials needed to complete the job properly. I believe the price was fair. I am looking forward to hiring this company for more repairs and remodeling on my home in the future. It means a lot to me that they actually showed up when they said they would and the cost was reasonable.

Owner of this business is fraud. He took bathroom renovation project, forced me to pay half down…read morepayment and for material and he left the work in the middle. I lost money in labor and material which never got delivered to me. when I asked for refund, he blocked my number. save your hard earned money.

Hired him (have signed contract to prove it). He found extensive termite damage. Said he fixed it…read more Did not fix it. Given second chance. Still no good. When eventually another contractor had to be hired to fix damage, it was revealed that not only did he not correctly fix what we could see, he covered up the damage he said he'd fixed with wallboard, did not even replace the damaged studs, and did not put in the insulation in an OUTSIDE WALL, all of which I'd paid for! Did plumbing, is not licensed for plumbing, it all had to be redone. The only thing he did for me that did not have to be redone or fixed in some way was tear up the old flooring. I can't find any evidence he does actually have a contractor's license. He is for sure not licensed for plumbing or roofing (also did that, left a hole you could SEE THROUGH). The licensed contractor's workers laughed out loud when I said the guy who'd done the work first was a contractor. They said there was no way that man was ever a contractor. I needed someone fast, and he was there. That, and what I thought was a reasonable price, sucked me in. VERY not worth it. RUN FAR AWAY. Don't think you can get him to do it right by closely supervising. He does NOT like supervision (can't imagine why), or direction. If he even imagines you are criticizing him, he gets angry. I told him when he started work, seeming eager to please and make a reputation for himself, that I would write a review. I wanted to help him get started. Here is the review I promised. I'd quote the professionals who saw and had to fix his work, but what they had to say would probably violate Yelp's rules, so I won't. Basically, he left the house he was working on dangerously unsupported, with a hole in the roof, no insulation on the outside wall in the areas he "fixed", which was a large part of the outer wall, no insulation over the ceiling he'd replaced, and exposed live wires in the insulation in the attic. Photos attached, showing some of the things AFTER he'd allegedly fixed them.
