He was very kind and did a great job of calming me down and convincing me that everything would be taken care of. He sent someone out to put tarps over the holes in the roof until the tree could be removed and the roof repaired. He somehow did this in the dark. Then Steve came again to check the tarps over the weekend since rain was predicted. Repair Masters dealt with my insurance company and that went very smoothly. The crew who came to work on the roof were here promptly at 7am and were very professional. They finished what seemed to be a big job in a day and a half and cleaned up when they finished. I was shocked when the contractor showed up that day and on time. This has never happened with contractors I've hired in the past! I asked him to replace anything he saw that was damaged. He ran into other problems and he took care of them. He was professional, had a great eye for detail, and his work was very neat and sturdy. I was told it would take 1-2 days when I was given the estimate. The job was completed in a day and a half. It looks great! It came in just a little over the estimate due to the extra materials needed to complete the job properly. I believe the price was fair. I am looking forward to hiring this company for more repairs and remodeling on my home in the future. It means a lot to me that they actually showed up when they said they would and the cost was reasonable.
