GREAT service, GREAT work, and GREAT fees. We began a first floor remodel several months ago and Brad was initially only used for a couple things but, when we saw his work, we had him complete a LOT of things! We used him for the last 7 months and he is very consistent. I do not usually allow contractors to have a key but (after I was comfortable) I gave him one and had no concerns, worries, or problems. I have referred Brad to family. I can not recommend him higher...or I would. Check my other reviews, if there had been ANY problem you would see it here.

He was very kind and did a great job of calming me down and convincing me that everything would be taken care of. He sent someone out to put tarps over the holes in the roof until the tree could be removed and the roof repaired. He somehow did this in the dark. Then Steve came again to check the tarps over the weekend since rain was predicted. Repair Masters dealt with my insurance company and that went very smoothly. The crew who came to work on the roof were here promptly at 7am and were very professional. They finished what seemed to be a big job in a day and a half and cleaned up when they finished. I would highly recommend Repair Masters and Steve was especially kind and efficient.

I was shocked when the contractor showed up that day and on time. This has never happened with contractors I've hired in the past! I asked him to replace anything he saw that was damaged. He ran into other problems and he took care of them. He was professional, had a great eye for detail, and his work was very neat and sturdy. I was told it would take 1-2 days when I was given the estimate. The job was completed in a day and a half. It looks great! It came in just a little over the estimate due to the extra materials needed to complete the job properly. I believe the price was fair. I am looking forward to hiring this company for more repairs and remodeling on my home in the future. It means a lot to me that they actually showed up when they said they would and the cost was reasonable.

The designer referred me then to Chris Mikus, owner operator of Safeguard. Chris, the designer, and I established an agreeable scope of work and he put together a proposal. Check this out: He uses the EXACT same software my insurance company uses for estimating costs whereas The first contractor merely wrote down hand written sentences on paper of work he would do. That frustrated the insurance company; i had to keep going between insurance and contractor, and all that ended when his prices were exorbitant and he refused to lower his price. In came Chris, he took a day or two and input the drawings, measurements, cost of materials, labor etc. and sent that FILE to my insurance agent. (With the other guy I took pictures of his hand written estimate. You can imagine how annoying that was for them). Then when the Ins Company got the paper bid, they laughed out loud on the phone!! Safeguard was a red-tape savior and actually influenced the ins company to release more funds later on. Thank God! **** Then on top of that, the quality of work was Outstanding. His prime employee, Jake was faithful, diligent, well-measured, and committed to excellence. We removed a wall, a pantry, replaced an island, extended countertop space another 10 feet. See pics. I'm calling Safeguard FIRST from now on!

I watched most of the work being performed by the four man crew. I was impressed with their hard work and professionalism. After a few hours work the job was completed.
