These things being declared, the staff could take a bit more initiative in at least asking if I need help finding something. Sometimes I do. Maybe I'm in a hurry, or just don't feel like wandering around. When this is the case, I may ask a team member to just point me in the right direction, or give me an aisle number. I can do the rest. So, please, management, challenge your team to assist, just a little. For those that do, they do it well! Jennifer in the print shop helped me out in a pinch with a last minute, late night, one-page print job. TIP: Please don't wait until the last minute, or expect that this can always happen. But Jennifer was great, and saved the day for me. I do like having an Office Max in the neighborhood. The store is always tidy and bright. The staff accommodating when approached.
