My vet provides a health certificate that I keep on file with them. As an added protection I have my pet vaccinated with a flu shot prior to boarding. My pooch is always tired when I pick him up. I'm sure he gets a lot more exercise when he stays here than at home. They have leashed walks, a TV room and Kody cups for a reasonable extra charge. One of the best boarding facilities I've ever used.

After booking, I called back (speaking to the older, first front desk staff member) to inquire why I was initially told that cats weren't seen at this location, and was given the run around then put on hold. I asked for this staff member's name and was told "Melissa"; on their website, there is no Melissa listed as a staff member. Quickly cancelled this appointment (surprised there wasn't pushback) and booked elsewhere; why lie? Very odd...

From now on, PetSmart will get my business. No one seemed to care that I stood there. It was like I was invisible.
